I do not recommend this dealership. Worst customer service ever. My husband went up there and the gentlemen was no help. He started the car and walk away. My husband had to go find him and he was in his office texting on his phone. He also asked him if he saw any hail damage on the car and went back to texting. Grant in the sales department and Casey in finance made this the easiest car purchase we have ever made! They value your time and they are very straight forward. We made the trip from Austin to make the purchase and it was worth the extra miles traveled. I contacted the dealer on Sunday via text and by early Monday morning Grant was promptly replying to my requests. Mid-morning on Monday the deal was complete and finance paperwork filled out. We let Grant know we would be there Friday morning to pick up the vehicle and Grant made the claim we would be in and out within 30-45 minutes... and he was not kidding! The vehicle was ready to go (and plated) and already warm for our final test drive before signing the finance paperwork. Not once did Grant over promise and under deliver. It was so refreshing. He was 100% honest, fair and transparent through the whole transaction. Casey in finance was very easy to work with, and there was no high pressure sales of add-ons in the finance department. Called in to get my truck looked at for an oil leak, they were booked up for over a month, but told me if I could leave it for a few days, they could work it in as some point. The next day, I called before leaving (2 hour trip) to make sure if the truck was still available and gave them the stock number and they stated that yes it was. They advertised a car at a price I thought was a good deal, but when I went to get further details, they quoted me that price plus TT&L but somehow kept claiming that the payment would be $60 higher per month at the quoted interest rate than what the math works out to be. So there are only three explanations: They add thousands of dollars in fees above and beyond the required TT&L. or, They sneak in an interest rate double than the quoted one and then argue with you when you point it out as if you can't do math. or, They don't know how to do math themselves but for some reason think they do. I don't know which one it is, but any of the three is enough to avoid this dealership altogether, especially if you're a person who is math challenged and want to take the dealership's word as to the specifics of the price they're quoting you. read more

I started off trying to find a great car on cargurus.com. I ran across a 2014 Dodge Journey and it caught my eye. Not because it was a newer, used car, but because of the amazing deal. I drove over an hour from Plano, Tx. determined to make a deal. I realized they are really busy and selling cars off the shelves fast. I was afraid it would get taken, so I test drove it and was ready to buy! They were amazing and really helped me get to the lower rate I was needing. I walked away satisfied! They followed up with me promptly when my plates came in and even sent me back a check for $25 for my title/license. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone buy from them. They showed amazing customer service and even filled up my gas (as a used vehicle) and re-detailed the vehicle before driving off the lot. I will for sure buy from them again!!! We did end up purchasing a car from Holiday Ford, but BE AWARE that the prices listed are not negotiable even by a penny. The manager came out to even look at the car and went bolistic at me. Don't you think he should have the customer's interest at best like wanting to make sure I was a customer and a satisfied customer. He pretty much told me to go away and would not sell a car to me even though we drove many hours to get there. The salesmen was finally able to negotiate down some since the car wouldn't even pass inspection! Even the transmission had issues a week after the sale. I tried to contact the saleman...no response. However, the finance guy was fantastic and quick. Although the lender he used for the financing wasn't able to put the car in both of our names even though they approved the credit. Was not impressed with the service I received here at Holiday Ford. I was looking to make my very first brand new car purchase (Ford Explorer). Initially I was helped by a younger salesman, then I was passed off to Gail who claimed he had worked for 20 some years at this dealer. I spent around 2 hours looking around with him/test driving/ finding the exact model I liked with the package I wanted. He then took me inside to his desk to talk about details and since I am mid-20s they did not think I was serious or something about this vehicle. The finance guy ( I believe his name was Al) met with Gail a few minutes while I sat at the desk. They both then came back to speak with me and informed me since this was my first purchase ( I have excellent credit, no school debt) I would not get approved for a loan. They did not ask me how much I would've put down on the vehicle. They did not run a credit check or anything. I was disappointed because I found the explorer I really loved at this dealer, but since they "didn't think I'd get approved" I left and went to another dealer nearby. Got approved for a nicer vehicle, got a better deal, all without a cosign and approved by myself. This dealer won't ever see me again. I am a single mom who recently got divorced, so my credit isn't what it should be. I needed the best deal on a reliable car, which, after countless hours of shopping around, is what I got at Holiday Ford. I've bought many cars in my lifetime, but the first time I bought a car my grandpa took me to the dealership out by his house, in the country, where everyone was friends and dealt kindly with each other. The experience was a pleasure. Since then, I've purchased all of my cars in Dallas, and my experiences have ranged from "meh" to "ok". There is a huge difference between a big city dealership and a country dealership, and Holiday Ford personifies that difference. I worked with Jeramy Hansley, the manager of internet sales. He was forthright, courteous, and I believe he wouldn't put me in a vehicle that he wouldn't buy himself. The finance department got me a loan through a national lender (which I would have thought was impossible) at a rate that was 2% lower than what I had pre-qualified for through lenders I found on my own. I got the car (a Mitsubishi Eclipse) at a price that was $2-3K lower than equivalent cars in the metroplex, and with an extensive warranty that lasts until the car has 163K miles. They didn't try to sell me all of the rip-off add-ons that I feel for the last time I bought a car. While I waited for my paperwork I sat in a lovely little lounge with 8 million cable channels on the flat screen TV. At the end, I got to meet the owner, a fabulous gentleman in pressed jeans, a cowboy shirt, and boots. I mention his attire because the entire experience was the epitome of all the good things we associate with the word "country" - kindness, honesty, and the desire to deal fairly with your customer, who might also be your neighbor. Whitesboro is an easy hour-hour and a half drive north on 75. Sure, it took me 3 hours round trip to get my new car, but I saved -literally- thousands of dollars, and I had a car buying experience that was fantastic. Awesome - Wouldn't consider taking my Ford F150 anywhere else. This company brings back the American Ideology of Fair. They have always shot straight with me, even advising me that my 2006 F250 didn't need a complete EGR System, and that it was just a loose contact. That my friends, saved me thousands. I had originally taken the truck to a local repair shop to evaluate engine light. So glad I at least got a second opinion, and Holiday Ford didn't even charge me. My Bride and I recently had the great shopping experience @ Holiday Ford and their TOP GUN Salesman Zak Mitchell, our daughter recently in a parking lot accident, ended up totaling her 06 Escape, while making a college visit with her Grandmother , Aunt and Uncle, they stopped in to see what Holiday had on the lot, met Zak, showed them a 2015 total black Escape with all the bells and whistles, needless to say my daughter was in love, little did she know her car was going to be a total loss, with great planning and on Zak's ability to facilitate a super quiet surprise within the dealership, car was purchased, cleaned and taken on a test drive to tell our daughter the car is yours lets just drive it home.
