Heartfelt Review I have my mom at Meadowbrook, and while the…read morefacility is very old and a little rundown, the people who work there are absolutely amazing. That is why I chose to have my mom receive her skilled nursing care there. Today when I visited, Tracy was helping my mom, and I could immediately see how much she truly loves her job. The way she cared for my mom, hugged her, and showed her so much love and compassion brought me to tears. What touched me even more was seeing her treat another resident with that same kindness and care. Tracy was actually there on her day off, yet she was running around helping wherever she was needed. She changed my mom's bed and got her a different one, hooked things up, checked on people, and was constantly making sure everyone was taken care of. Her dedication was incredible to see. My mom also told me how wonderful the nurses have been at night when helping her with her BiPAP machine. She said they worked their butts off to make sure everything was set up correctly and that she was comfortable and safe. Today, it was so wonderful to see my mom happy and well cared for. Every person who has cared for my mom at Meadowbrook has been wonderful, and I am truly grateful for each of them. The building may be old, but the heart of Meadowbrook is its people. Thank you to everyone there who works so hard to care for our loved ones. You are appreciated more than you know!

Their staff may appear friendly and helpful, but they continue to charge fees and collect them through your bank after the items are returned. In my case, I had them pick up my equipment in July (the 10th is what I thought), they said the 24th of July. Now in September they are still submitting withdrawals of 114.39 to my bank account. No statement, No approval. To me this smells like theft of funds. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Unfortunately, I was one of those who mistakenly trusted them and DID NOT get or save a receipt for the equipment pickup. So they continued collecting in SEPTEMBER.

My family member was sick and they tried to convince us not to take him to the hospital because they would just send him back. The wounds that were on him were infected and he was in excruciating pain. Let's not forget that they also disabled the cameras that we purchased and kept them covered up. I called to speak with staff, my phone range 50 times and no one picked up.
