They only give you a two week supply at a time which makes you HAVE TO book ANOTHER $100 appointment every two weeks. Most antidepressants take at least 8 weeks to start showing signs of helping but they kept changing my meds every two weeks which also caused major medication withdrawals. There is no online option or text or email options to view when your appointments are only a text saying you have a telehealth appointment "coming up". I called to cancel my telehealth appointment and was told I would need to pay $100 for a no show. So either I pay $100 and see them and they changed my meds again and ruin months of my life or I don't see them and still pay $100. This practice is so awful that I chose to pay the money and NOT see them. Take that for what it is.
