We went to TMC 1st around 10:00 Monday night and at almost midnight still had not had anything done but basic questions and a urine sample. At with room FULL and a staff that was had the attitude I am just here for a check. We as well as a couple others gave up and left. After the 2 hours we were told it could be at least 6 to 8 more hours before they would see us. So my wife decided to call here and was told no wait come on in. So we got there very nice place very clean. It was just a matter of a few minutes from filling out the paperwork they got us to the back and Ray Lynn took great care of my wife. And then doctor Blake came in very professional and nice. Even with all that was done we were there only about 2 1/2 hours. They did find she had a kidney stone got her on some antibiotics and something to help with the pain. Got us on our way and back home before we would have not yet even been seen at TMC.

One thing that made me decide to not come ever to this ER is that the nurses asked me if I was trying to be pregnant or if I could be and I told her yes to both and told her everything I have done at home to figure it out and still didn't care and just took the pictures. They did have a couple problems while she was there, wasps got in the light fixture in her room and there was also a water leak, but both were handled quickly and efficiently and Mom was moved to a different room. The staff there is very friendly and took good care of Mother.

I am from out of town so this was an inconvenience for me. Anyway, I went back on the next morning, Saturday, and there was one person there. She brought out my glasses. I asked a couple of questions and she did not have answers that satisfied me at all. Again, not warm and friendly at all, no smile, very cold. I really expected to be treated better. As I said, not going back. Sincerely, the cashier at the local gas station where I stopped on the way home was more friendly and treated me with more respect that the receptionist who met me at Travis Street Optical Saturday morning. I don't know why they don't have more reviews on Yelp honestly, highly recommend checking out their FB page where their rating is 5 stars based on 20+ reviews. I think people forget about Yelp lol The first time I used IV Solutions, Terry came to administer, and the second time I used them a couple months later, I met Julie! Both of them are wonderful people and very funny! Both times I used their service, it was affordable and very easy to coordinate a time - they were at our apartment within 1-2 hours. She contacted Julie with IV solutions to see about getting a banana bag. Melanie explained that any time after 6:00pm on Wednesday would work. Julie never led Melanie to believe that she wasn't able to do it yesterday evening. Melanie called her several times and texted her several times and it would take Julie an hour or so to respond. At 7pm, Melanie texted Julie and Julie said that their appointment was running late and wasn't sure what time she could give her the banana bag. At 9:00pm, I called Julie's phone and a man answered stating they were at a private event and had a lot of people connected to IVs. I told him that they advertised to be a 24hr company and that I didn't care what time the event was over, that Melanie needed to be replenished with vitamins and that we were trying to keep from going to the ER. I also mentioned that if Melanie would have been told that there was a private event, she could have tried to contact someone else. I told him he could call my phone, Melanie's phone or text at any time in order for her to get the banana bag. At 7am this morning, no one has called or reached out . Julie also violated HIPPA. Julie knows members of the family, and she reached out to Melanie's daughter and offered a discount on the bag if Melanie's daughter could administer it. Melanie didn't give Julie permission to contact anyone in the family about Melanie's medical needs. Please do your research before making an appointment with this company. No apology has been made to Melanie as of yet and no follow up phone call has been made either. They simply do not care about the individual person, just the large crowds where money can be made.

First of all I've been seen here for only 6 weeks and they have already changed my medications…read moreTHREE TIMES. They only give you a two week supply at a time which makes you HAVE TO book ANOTHER $100 appointment every two weeks. Most antidepressants take at least 8 weeks to start showing signs of helping but they kept changing my meds every two weeks which also caused major medication withdrawals. There is no online option or text or email options to view when your appointments are only a text saying you have a telehealth appointment "coming up". I called to cancel my telehealth appointment and was told I would need to pay $100 for a no show. So either I pay $100 and see them and they changed my meds again and ruin months of my life or I don't see them and still pay $100. This practice is so awful that I chose to pay the money and NOT see them. Take that for what it is.
