IV solutions isn't the company they advertise to be. My friend has severe health issues and has had many complex surgeries and her body is depleted of the vitamins and nutrients it needs. She contacted Julie with IV solutions to see about getting a banana bag. Melanie explained that any time after 6:00pm on Wednesday would work. Julie never led Melanie to believe that she wasn't able to do it yesterday evening. Melanie called her several times and texted her several times and it would take Julie an hour or so to respond. At 7pm, Melanie texted Julie and Julie said that their appointment was running late and wasn't sure what time she could give her the banana bag. At 9:00pm, I called Julie's phone and a man answered stating they were at a private event and had a lot of people connected to IVs. I told him that they advertised to be a 24hr company and that I didn't care what time the event was over, that Melanie needed to be replenished with vitamins and that we were trying to keep from going to the ER. I also mentioned that if Melanie would have been told that there was a private event, she could have tried to contact someone else. I told him he could call my phone, Melanie's phone or text at any time in order for her to get the banana bag. At 7am this morning, no one has called or reached out .
Julie also violated HIPPA. Julie knows members of the family, and she reached out to Melanie's daughter and offered a discount on the bag if Melanie's daughter could administer it. Melanie didn't give Julie permission to contact anyone in the family about Melanie's medical needs.
Please do your research before making an appointment with this company. No apology has been made to Melanie as of yet and no follow up phone call has been made either. They simply do not care about the individual person, just the large crowds where money can be made. read more
