Most antidepressants take at least 8 weeks to start showing signs of helping but they kept changing my meds every two weeks which also caused major medication withdrawals. There is no online option or text or email options to view when your appointments are only a text saying you have a telehealth appointment "coming up". I called to cancel my telehealth appointment and was told I would need to pay $100 for a no show. So either I pay $100 and see them and they changed my meds again and ruin months of my life or I don't see them and still pay $100. This practice is so awful that I chose to pay the money and NOT see them. Take that for what it is.

We used them in 2017 and am to begin using them again for lab work and assist in transferring from wheelchair to hospital bed & vice versa. It is a matter of attitude, sometimes, as to whether or not something works well. Always keep in mind that caregivers can burn out, so try and be a bit forgiving if they have had a bad day. We are all here, playing out in our own personal theaters of drama, trying to make life a little better for each other. Perfection will never be achieved.

At 7pm, Melanie texted Julie and Julie said that their appointment was running late and wasn't sure what time she could give her the banana bag. At 9:00pm, I called Julie's phone and a man answered stating they were at a private event and had a lot of people connected to IVs. I told him that they advertised to be a 24hr company and that I didn't care what time the event was over, that Melanie needed to be replenished with vitamins and that we were trying to keep from going to the ER. I also mentioned that if Melanie would have been told that there was a private event, she could have tried to contact someone else. I told him he could call my phone, Melanie's phone or text at any time in order for her to get the banana bag. At 7am this morning, no one has called or reached out . Julie also violated HIPPA. Julie knows members of the family, and she reached out to Melanie's daughter and offered a discount on the bag if Melanie's daughter could administer it. Melanie didn't give Julie permission to contact anyone in the family about Melanie's medical needs. Please do your research before making an appointment with this company. No apology has been made to Melanie as of yet and no follow up phone call has been made either. They simply do not care about the individual person, just the large crowds where money can be made.

After the 2 hours we were told it could be at least 6 to 8 more hours before they would see us. So my wife decided to call here and was told no wait come on in. So we got there very nice place very clean. It was just a matter of a few minutes from filling out the paperwork they got us to the back and Ray Lynn took great care of my wife. And then doctor Blake came in very professional and nice. Even with all that was done we were there only about 2 1/2 hours. They did find she had a kidney stone got her on some antibiotics and something to help with the pain. Got us on our way and back home before we would have not yet even been seen at TMC.
