Their corporate staff is very friendly and helpful, and the people they contract to do their services are professional, friendly and listen to you. We have not had the same experience as Gneaux W. We used them in 2017 and am to begin using them again for lab work and assist in transferring from wheelchair to hospital bed & vice versa. It is a matter of attitude, sometimes, as to whether or not something works well. Always keep in mind that caregivers can burn out, so try and be a bit forgiving if they have had a bad day. My contracts require me to carry the same commercial insurance as the larger companies in order to maintain compliance. I was afraid after this last increase in amounts from my contracts that I would not be able to afford to carry what was required to maintain my contract compliance. Jarrod with Turner Insurance Solutions was very helpful and understood my struggle as a small company. Jarrod knew how important it was for me to be able to keep my contracts without a major increase in cost. Not only was he able to get back to me in time to update my contracts to stay in compliance, but he also managed to keep me around the same rate I was currently at. As matter of fact, I think my rate only increased by $10 for double the amount of insurance I was currently carrying. The best part is not the savings though! You aren't just a company, to Jarrod, your a person with a need and he goes above and beyond to try to take care of you. Thank you, Jarrod and Turner Insurance Solutions LLC from my family to yours.

Heartfelt Review I have my mom at Meadowbrook, and while the…read morefacility is very old and a little rundown, the people who work there are absolutely amazing. That is why I chose to have my mom receive her skilled nursing care there. Today when I visited, Tracy was helping my mom, and I could immediately see how much she truly loves her job. The way she cared for my mom, hugged her, and showed her so much love and compassion brought me to tears. What touched me even more was seeing her treat another resident with that same kindness and care. Tracy was actually there on her day off, yet she was running around helping wherever she was needed. She changed my mom's bed and got her a different one, hooked things up, checked on people, and was constantly making sure everyone was taken care of. Her dedication was incredible to see. My mom also told me how wonderful the nurses have been at night when helping her with her BiPAP machine. She said they worked their butts off to make sure everything was set up correctly and that she was comfortable and safe. Today, it was so wonderful to see my mom happy and well cared for. Every person who has cared for my mom at Meadowbrook has been wonderful, and I am truly grateful for each of them. The building may be old, but the heart of Meadowbrook is its people. Thank you to everyone there who works so hard to care for our loved ones. You are appreciated more than you know!
