Dishonest and incompetent --- KEEP AWAY…read more Brian cannot read and comprehend plain English. He jacked up my policy pricing over years by 30% increase although I had never had any claims, and when I finally decided not to renew my home insurance policy with him, he cancelled my policy one day early after I clearly stated in my email that I will not renew it and the last effective date was the date on the policy. He and his agency are grossly incompetent, dishonest, and they do not care about their clients. He did not even have the decency to admit his mistake and make it right! I found better coverage without paying the 30% increase. Also, he lied to me when he stated he advised me not to cancel my policy a day early - this conversation never happened. Why would I cancel my policy a day early when I already paid for it? Also, he referred me to one of his "buddies" to replace my roof although I had no issues with my roof just to commit insurance fraud. When I said no, he said there is nothing he can do to lower my premium. KEEP AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS AGENCY! HE IS SO DISHONEST AND GROSSLY INCOMPETENT!!!
