The entire staff is professional, compassionate, and dedicated to helping their patients. While my CPAP was being diagnosed for problems, they provided me with a free loaner CPAP so my sleep would not be affected. When the repair company was unable to fix my original device, they replaced it at no cost to me. I am very grateful to the staff at this location. They are excellent, caring, and provide outstanding service.

Sherman, Texas Location: Healthline Medical / AdaptHealth…read moreand RoyalStar LLC, are frauds! Back Story: I signed up and began using their services in March 2024. Our agreement and written contract stated they will debit my bank account twice a month, once for the CPAP machine rental (approx $150) and once for CPAP machine supplies (approx $39). In July 2024, they debited my account for the monthly CPAP machine and supplies amount and an additional amount of $167. When I called and emailed them no one could tell me why. I was never given a reason and never refunded my money. Then, in November 2024, they withheld $49 on Nov. 15th, $39 on Nov. 23rd, $156 on Nov. 25th, $39 again on Nov. 25th, and $39 a fourth time on Nov. 30th. Then December 2024 comes and they withheld $70 on Dec. 9th, $49 on Dec. 13th. Neither one of these payment amounts were in my written contract so I filed a written complaint to the Texas Health and Human Services, as well as the company directly. Texas HHS Department has requested additional information which I will be forwarding this week, and I received no response from the company directly. No surprise there!!! I eventually had to report a fraud claim to my bank who stopped any future payments and flagged Healthine / Adapthealth RoyalStar LLC as fraudulent business practices. I am currently in the middle of filing a fraudulent claim letter to my insurance provider BCBS advising of Healthline / Adapthealth's breach of contract agreement and they may want to terminate any future contracts with them. Hope this keeps any future victims from failing into the corrupted business.
