A few hours later I received a call that there was nothing wrong with the computer and he suggested I check out the power source for the computer at my home. I did so and found that to be my problem. The shop owner refused any payment for his help. That and the fact that I have used Rock on previous occasions over the past 15-20 years with complete satisfaction prompts me to write this review. They went above and beyond to restore the pieces and inherited pieces of jewelry that have been in our family for many many decades. Everything was restored, cleaned, and polished back to its original beauty. This business is a professional, proud family owned jeweler/jewelers located here in Sherman, Texas. Previously our family had used the same custom jewerly store in Dallas since 1951. So trust and change is difficult for our families, but The Jewelers Bench has left my heart at ease with our gems. So grateful I found you! Thank you so much for the valued time you spent with me. See you after the first of the year! #Thankful #ShermanTexas #GraysonCounty

I asked for extra care for my grandmother's dressers, and they did not even put anything on top of it, leading to scratches and gouges all over the top. The moving company that unloaded the truck at our destination said they could not believe how poorly it was loaded. I very much regret hiring A Sharp Movers. I sent pictures of the damage to the owner and my husband and I both left voicemails. Over a week later, there has been no reply.

There were no issues, I was only considering the driving distance; 20 minutes to Sherman vs. 5 minutes to Bonham. However, after doing business locally for 3-4 years and the quality of service dropping severely (which is a whole other story that probably should be told sometime), I made the decision to go back to Star Cleaners in Sherman. They are now under new ownership, but seem to still offer the same great, in-house service as before. After being back for a few weeks, I am very impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. They are very adept at removing stains and pressing garments the way you want them done. Also, while dry cleaning is expensive, in general, Star Cleaners is competitive and offers discounts on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I recommend them highly.
