At one point I finally started moving furniture to the door to try and get them motivated. I had to leave before they were done loading. The two movers were so unprofessional I called in other family members to be present so that I felt my family and belongings would be safe. When Bryan stormed my door he indicated he had to pay a fee of $25. for the bounced check?? I quickly reimbursed him, but he still rambled on and on. There was MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!, nor had the check been stamped "Non-sufficient funds"?? I gave Bryan the number of my branch manager, which he refused to call. Not to mention he charged me $1000.00 more than quoted due to mileage?? A good business man would know the mileage, gas price, etc, before he quoted the price!! Once I decided on using them and my moving dates, I was able to reserve and schedule the ReloCubes delivery right from the quote provided. I was amazed at the efficiency of the process of getting them without talking to anyone, yet I was provided phone numbers and location of the origination and destination terminals for follow up to call for any help needed. The delivery staff were extremely courteous and helpful in placing the boxes. They were true professionals. The only thing I would add is to be aware that they are very busy and work to consolidate their work with other orders efficiently.
