We had many items damaged due to the careless way they were loaded into the moving truck. They did not wrap or protect most items, even things we specifically asked them to wrap. I asked for extra care for my grandmother's dressers, and they did not even put anything on top of it, leading to scratches and gouges all over the top. The moving company that unloaded the truck at our destination said they could not believe how poorly it was loaded. I very much regret hiring A Sharp Movers. I sent pictures of the damage to the owner and my husband and I both left voicemails. Over a week later, there has been no reply. read more

Poor punctuality, you schedule them to be there at 8:30 and they call at 8:45 saying they are on their way. Arrive at 9:10. Poor value, Contract 4 men for $140/hour and send 3 men out and charge you the 4 man price. Three man price is $130/hr. Poor value, after you sign a contract, they will put their start time 30 minutes prior to when they called saying they were leaving for your home.
