And, I was throughly impressed, with his knowledge, and presentation. Bright and early, Mr. Delbert, arrived to do his job! But, unfortunately he was disrespected and treated very unkind, by my neighbor & told to not be on his property (which it's hard to do when installing a fence between two homes). Mr. Delbert, handled himself like a true professional. And, the craftsmanship of my doggie widows, and custom gates are impeccable. Job site, was left cleaner than when he arrived. He even replaced missing boards on an adjacent fence to insure the safely of my fur babies. My neighbor, even called the police- which Andrew, also defused and kept the ball rolling. To this day, I still DO NOT know what the problem is with my neighbor. After the police being called and my crazy neighbors antics, It was very comforting, for Andrew to sit down with my husband and I, to assure us that everything was going to be fine and not to let things stress me out! I am currently sitting in my backyard with the privacy and peace of mind, I've wanted for 20 years. I owe it all to Andrew, Delbert and Jimmy. I am truly grateful. Terrible Experience with Texoma Roofing This was by far the…read moreworst experience I've ever had with a roofing company. I initially spoke with a woman named Michelle, who was very kind and assured me that an insurance adjuster would come out to inspect everything and possibly get the entire roof replaced. Instead, they sent a gentleman who didn't speak much English. He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text. I cannot imagine treating a customer in such a dismissive and unprofessional way.

His long experience took into consideration a lot of the things that we found with wood and not matching supporting structures. He completely renovated two bathrooms and partially renovated my kitchen. Bathroom seem larger completely functional and absolutely beautiful. Well the quality of the work is very good one of the other things is that every day that he said he would be here he came at the time he said he would come. Professional reliability is extremely important. Every time we found something unusual it was discussed decisions were made as a team with his input as well as mine. Watching him transform these deteriorating bathrooms allowed me to develop a trust in his judgment. We started working on the kitchen and when the paintings all finished I'll post those pictures as well. Because of his many years of experience there weren't any real big overrun surprises when we even when we found some rotted wood etc. Price wise he's a very competitive especially considering the quality and level of experience that he brings to all that he does.

We agreed on a start date, a Friday. As the day approached, the forecast was for rain that day. I called the company and requested a start of one day earlier. They were able to accommodate me and the 6 man crew and the supplies showed up bright and early that morning. The house was draped in netting to catch the debris. Old roof off; new roof on. Done in one day, complete with cleanup and magnetic nail pick up. it's been one week now and I haven't found a single stray nail. We purchased a New very large Window for the dining room/sitting room area of cottage #1 here. It lets in just the right amount of light & is perfect for sittin a chair next to it to read & view the Gorgeous rolling hills of North Texas wine country. Fabulous. We also purchased a New craftsman style Anderson solid OAK inside, aluminum outside window for the guest room of cottage #1 that is stunningly beautiful. My absolute favorite window I purchased here is the speciality giant 48x72 Horizontal sliding (side to side) "cottage style window" that was installed in the master suite of Cottage #1 (in front of the clawfoot tub) so you can view the sunset over rolling hills of the North Texas wine country from the bath in the evening. Just lovely. We even installed solid wood Horizontal sliding (side to side) "shutters" inside to close off the "cottage style window" for privacy. I custom made those. I also purchased 4 sets of 14 light French doors that went into cottage #1, 2 in cottage #2 and 4th set will go into cottage #3 we are just breaking ground on, so they will all match. We have found so many building materials here also that we have used. It's good to keep checking as inventory comes in all the time. If you are looking for a certain size window or door, you can call them to check to see they have it in stock. They also have a 2nd location, you can ask them to check that location as well if you do not mind driving there to pick it up. We custom build. And this is our #1 place we enjoy going.
