The oil based semi-transparent stain was professionally applied with appropriate precautions taken to prevent overspray. He applied two light coats to the fence instead of one heavy coat to prevent the possibility of bleed through onto our neighbor's side of the shared fence. Our garage doors absorbed the stain at a higher rate than expected because they were so dry. The next day it was apparent that the 3 full sprays of the doors he had done were not adequate to provide the right coverage. Dave came back a few days later at no charge and sprayed 3 more coats until the doors looked great. Bottom line - this is a great company, highly professional and competitively priced. Dave is easy to work with and dedicated to satisfying his customers. Fast, Meticulous, and Fair Pricing…read more In preparation for selling my home, I obtained quotes from three roofing companies in the area to repair damage to my garage ceiling from a neglected minor roof leak. SCI Roofing & Remodeling provided the best quote and completed the work ahead of the deadline with no compromise in quality. The first quote came from a company that urged me to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance without even looking at the damage! Their unethical behavior ruled them out for me. The second quote was based on drone photos; he immediately identified the problem, and he also proposed filing a claim based not only the drone photos but also meteorological data. The problem is that my roof is only 3 years old; the damage in the photos was small marks that showed no penetration; and even if I chose not to file a claim on the entire roof, he proposed to repair the leak by reconstructing a large part of the roof around the leak. I am sure that this would have been an excellent and thorough repair, but it was far beyond my budget. I went with SCI Roofing & Remodeling because they were the only quote that did not try to exaggerate the damage and they proposed a very targeted repair resulting in a quote that was less than half the highest quote. In addition, they offered to include many interior renovation repairs to optimize the appearance of my house for showing. Finally, not only did they propose a reasonably sized project and deliver excellent quality, but they also completed everything about half a day early! For these reasons, I am grateful that I found this company and am happy to recommend them to others because they are one of the few companies that provide honest, courteous, and skilled work for a fair price.

Plastic fascia and bird box supplied by me. 5 of the crew never seen before and treated it..... even dirtied the one I did years ago. 3. Specifically spoke about blending in the ridge vents. Again not knowing how. But later the finish crew re did with instruction to how. I gave a sample to Lankford of how to blend before they were done the first day. 4.They took down front gable vent without having a replacement. They bought a Vent from.... Not for brick house. I bought 145$ correct one. 5.Directly lied to me about satellite Dish ( gave free instructions on how) Duplex nails! 6. Supplied 80$ worth of stainless steel nails. 7.TRIANGLES ? ..... 8. Lone out my tools to do it correctly SHOWED UP NOT SCHEDULE BEEN RAINING Spent 3 hours trying not to tear out screwed in ridgevents tearing up the dirt road (told it would be leveled Not) New white drip edge MENTIONED IN FIRST VISIT HAD TO COME OUT AND REDO lead pipe boots flashings, new collar & caps, power vents and valley metal.
