They have big projects going on but once we got aligned and they got started, the crew did great and really went the extra mile to clean up after the job and make sure I was happy. There are a lot of companies out there that will give you cheap quotes, these guys are legit, don't cut corners and you can rest assured your retaining wall will last.

We met with Abe and discussed the various choices for fences and received our estimate. We were…read moreimpressed by the fact that the steel posts are set deeper into the ground and we could choose pre-stained boards to be installed. We decided to proceed and were added to the schedule. The old fence was removed, and new posts were set in anticipation for the boards to be installed after the concrete was set and dried. Our fence was installed in May, 2017 and it is still standing straight! We love our fence! We did have a problem with one of our side gate doors that was warping a few months after installation. This gate door is right off the driveway and used frequently to access our trash and recycling. We contacted Abe and after meeting, it was decided that we would need to add a metal door frame to keep it straight. We paid to add the metal frame in September, 2017 and haven't had any other issues with this gate door. The work crew was very efficient and professional and got the entire board on board fence completed in two days! We're so happy we chose the pre-stained boards. We decided to add the slanted horizontal pieces that deter anyone climbing on the fence. They did have to stain that after it was installed. Everything still looks great 4 years later!

We purchased a home that they built a fence for. One of the 2 gates is falling apart. I texted him the next day and called the office number to which I got a message that call wouldn't go through. He still hasn't responded. The fence as it sits and as it has sat since we purchased the home in 2016 is completed from what we can tell as the bare minimum as could be done. Boards randomly tacked up horizontally across the bottom all the way around. I wouldn't have accepted it personally as a job I paid my hard money for but I wanted to give the original builders the opportunity to put in a gate to replace one they originally built as, well, the gate worked and that is all I am looking for now, a new functional gate. They don't want your business apparently. The sign they hang on the fencing is for decoration I guess, because they refuse to answer or contact back, guess they have too much money. I wouldn't recommend because the work I see everyday in my backyard is just not that well done. Oh well, off to find someone to build me a gate..

Gregory's crew did a great job on the fence (8' board on board with steel post and terraced where it faces the front street. It looks so nice! The premium cedar they use is clearly superior to some of the other stuff I've seen around here. The crew was clean, polite and fast. I would strongly recommend Greggory and Landscape Investments. Actually, when we got around to building out raised beds around our trees, and flower beds we called Gregory and were able to get his crew to do that work as well at very competitive levels. I've seen his truck in the neighborhood doing more fences as good news travels fast. All of the other fences he is working on look great as well. Our painters found a leak in the edge of the roof as they were getting ready to replace a rotted…read morepanel on our covered patio. We needed a roofer right away to stay on schedule. We contacted Thomas at Roder Roofing Solutions located in McKinney, Texas serving Dallas, Texas and nearby areas. He sent his Repair Roofer, Ryan Neill. Ryan was able to fix the leak, repair the roof and then we ask him to address other roofing issues that were highlighted in the Inspection report when we bought the house in May 2021. Ryan was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and did quality work. In addition, we ordered new gutters through Roder Roofing Solutions. Again, another quality job. They came out and matched the gutters to the paint of the house. Installed them in a half day. I highly recommend Roder Roofing Solutions for anything you need for your roof. Keeping the same rating. Addressing 3 points made…read more 1) The last visit was essentially just to ask for money NOT discussed or finalized, so yes...I consider that nickel and diming. The number requested for payment was never mentioned prior to the particular work done. Plain and simple...however, we paid it. Because we are people that pay for work that was done, despite not knowing what the final payment out would be...and the prior already done was done well. 2) Yes, we mentioned that the whole house needed more work in general and thay we would deal with a mess or debris, but general logic, seeing that our son's nursery was already painted and finished and he was already using the room...one would think that it would be the right thing to do to clean up in that room. But I will take responsibility for this miscommunication because I made assumptions. 3) It's one thing to offer to do something...and it's another to actually fulfill and execute on an offer. Robert offered to fix the sheetrock but we were NEVER able to get him or his sheetrock out to fix it. It's after multiple weeks of trying to get him out that we finally decided that he was leaving us high and dry and paid someone else to do the fix. Multiple (3+weeks). The fix would have been a redo of misdone work originally and he was already paid in full...so I understand there is no urgency or incentive to come back out to do work on work that just needs to be redone. It's easy to respond 2+ yrs later to my original review to say that you OFFERED to come out, but we waited and waited, longer than the acceptable amount of time.

Our fence on the roadside (house at the corner) has been having issues with warped/broken pickets…read morewhich needed fixing every few weeks. We used other fence companies which did quick fixes but the problem started happening again after few weeks. We wanted to solve this issue once and not deal with the fence for few years. Zach looked the fence and he found that the fence has no ground runner and that makes the fence pickets sit on the ground and become warped then pullout and break. Meaning the pickets will continue to brake and continue to need frequent repairs. Zach has given couple of options (first option is to repair the broken pickets, second option is to install new treated runner to keep the pickets off ground, new pickets and paint). We went with the second option. The poles were still in good condition, just needed an extra pole at the corner. From the beginning he has been very prompt in giving quotes, responding to questions, arriving to work on time and the finish the work on time. Prices are also reasonable. He also used pictures to convey problems and suggest solutions (this helped a lot as live out of town). The fence turned out be excellent and I am happy to recommend him to my friends in the area.

I don't know how I can describe the work that Zach (LZA Fencing) did on our fence. Not only did he…read moregive us the lowest price quote but he single-handedly did the entire fence in two days. We needed the fence in our backyard on the side we shared with our neighbor replaced. Since our neighbor had replaced a portion of the fence with a reddish cedar wood Zach found the exact type of wood to match that section and did a fantastic job on the entire fence. We had a lot of work done on our house recently including new deck in the backyard, a new roof and this fence project. I can easily say that Zach's work was the best of all the projects.
