There were multiple dead baby chicks in the enclosure, and the remaining chicks and ducks did not appear to have access to water. It was heartbreaking to see. I brought this to the attention of staff, but the response was dismissive and no immediate action was taken. Proper animal care is a basic responsibility, and what I witnessed raises serious concerns about how animals are being treated here. I strongly urge management to address these conditions immediately. Until I see evidence of improved care, I cannot recommend supporting this business.
