Anytime, I have anything done at my home, I am a nervous wreck! My first phone call and meeting with Andrew, I felt as if I had known him my entire life. And, I was throughly impressed, with his knowledge, and presentation. Bright and early, Mr. Delbert, arrived to do his job! But, unfortunately he was disrespected and treated very unkind, by my neighbor & told to not be on his property (which it's hard to do when installing a fence between two homes). Mr. Delbert, handled himself like a true professional. And, the craftsmanship of my doggie widows, and custom gates are impeccable. Job site, was left cleaner than when he arrived. He even replaced missing boards on an adjacent fence to insure the safely of my fur babies. My neighbor, even called the police- which Andrew, also defused and kept the ball rolling. To this day, I still DO NOT know what the problem is with my neighbor. After the police being called and my crazy neighbors antics, It was very comforting, for Andrew to sit down with my husband and I, to assure us that everything was going to be fine and not to let things stress me out! I am currently sitting in my backyard with the privacy and peace of mind, I've wanted for 20 years. I owe it all to Andrew, Delbert and Jimmy. I am truly grateful. Not to mention, I have the nicest fence on the block! In closing, Good fences make good neighbors- Call Andrew! read more

Andrew and David stayed focused on concerns and responding to phone calls/texts. Unlike other contractors we have dealt with. They did an amazing job on our large backyard privacy/ornament hybrid fence. Even though he is an Air Force Vet, he ain't half bad. read more

Took deposit to fund other jobs and ran. Beware! Paid $12,000.00 deposit (half the fence price) in November 2024; in December 2024 the contractor let me know that that money from my deposit went toward completing previous jobs. It's mid January with no fence still and it seems this company only cares about completing a job versus completing a job well done. AFTER wanting to pour concrete into freezing temperatures mentioned that the expansion would put cracks in the concrete and that wouldn't be good. They agreed and wanted to push the job back and allow others to take the spots. Beware! read more

Andrew communicated at every step. Never had to wonder on next steps or start date. The workers went out of their way. For instance, one of them saved my day lilies so I could replant them after installation was complete. I would definitely hire them again if the need should arise. Great value. read more

Love the attention to detail and the incredible customer service! The fence itself is a really beautiful one we had installed about 3 years ago and it is still has deep color and in perfect shape. We had a neighbors tree fall and knock down a large section and they bent over backwards to get the repair done and did another great job. We would truly highly recommend them for fencing. Thanks guys for such great service!! read more

Fast, friendly and professional. They checked the size of our smallest dog and made sure she couldn't squeeze out any gaps. The fence and gates are absolutely beautiful and it was an absolutely pleasant experience! read more

After weeks of waiting for warranty repairs we are left with parts they removed so that we can't go and try to find them from another source. Email is unanswered. Phone calls go to voice mail. We are now left with complaining to the BBB or filing suit. A real shoestring operation. No! A real broken shoestring operation! read more
