Went and picked up the GTO and brought it back to continue keeping it in the family. The customer service via phone and in person was excellent. This rental trailer was an amazing value. The equipment was in exceptional shape, we had no worries. We would definitely use this U-HAUL again AND at this location here in Denison. It's located behind Chick-fil-A next to Braum's Ice Cream. We had many items damaged due to the careless way they were loaded into the moving truck. They did…read morenot wrap or protect most items, even things we specifically asked them to wrap. I asked for extra care for my grandmother's dressers, and they did not even put anything on top of it, leading to scratches and gouges all over the top. The moving company that unloaded the truck at our destination said they could not believe how poorly it was loaded. I very much regret hiring A Sharp Movers. I sent pictures of the damage to the owner and my husband and I both left voicemails. Over a week later, there has been no reply.
