When it was delivered on Monday afternoon they did not even attempt to bring it down to the garage and left it half way up the driveway and then drove off. STAY AWAY from this family owned and operated business. They are rude, uncooperative and lack communication and customer service skills. Again stay away.

If you want to help yourself, send him your model numbers before he comes. There are thousands of models out there and little tweaks to each one. I had an electrical issue that was stubborn and he figured it out. Yes, he charges a minimum and an hourly fee. He's worth it. He doesn't waste any time. This RV has a standard Chevy small block engine--not difficult to work on or to find parts for. When I was finally able to drive it out, backfiring, sputtering, and not picking up speed, I brought it to a good mechanic. There, I was informed that the block was no good. When I tried to contact Sadler's, I was told to call someone else, then my calls went unanswered. The quality of work was so poor, that I had several other mechanics work on it just so I could get it home. Now, I can no longer use my RV which is very critical to the work I do. This mechanic has single handedly destroyed my life due to his incompetence. He also replaced good parts on my engine with cheap, after market parts, and parts that were incorrect.
