In out in 15 mins. Great place. They didn't try to upsell me or tell me I needed unnecessary services. Top notch.

They all looked at me and walked away.... i was blown away cause wow, how rude? After 10 mins of waiting a nicer gentleman named Jayme came to help me. You could tell he was having a rough day but remained respectful. However, the other five that were there looked like they didn't really want a job. One lady was made to wait an hour and thirty minutes for a flat patch fix, cause only one employee wanted to work, she ended up being 30mins late to pick up her kids from school. One lady behind the counter even AGREED with me that Jayme was the only one wanting to work. The lady didn't have a jumper on, just a vest, so she wasn't authorized to jump in and help. Their was ALOT of issues when it came to payment time and paperwork. They charged me $27 in service fee's when i had roadside assistance and my family members roadside discount. I asked Sean for Kenneth SPECIFICALLY cause Kenneth was the only one who knew about the current situation and reassured me he would take care of everything. Sean tried to rush me out after i told him i had no problem waiting for Kenneth. He made snarky remarks like "He is with a customer rn so your just gonna have to wait." When im standing 2FT away from kenneth and the customer. "Well your already paying (X) for the tire so what else do you want from me?!" He knew NOTHING about the situation at hand so he had no business making that statement. I didn't get nasty once, my tone stayed the same as when i got there. Its called being a decent human being. I paid the shit and walked out, store management has already been notified and knows all the individuals involved. The employee's attitudes have GOT to change, but it helps when Management decides to change theirs too. You see the managers walking around this store like someone has just kicked their dog. It is taught over and over in leadership training sessions that YOU as an Assistant Store Manager, has the power to change the tone/energy of the work environment. It all starts with YOU. We get mad at the associates for how they act, when in all reality we need to start blaming the management team. They are the ones responsible to train these associates and fix issues at hand instead of letting them get so bad that its almost irreversible. Do better guys.... seriously....

Initially, I had two other mechanics look at my car and one wanted $2,700 just for the AC/heat repair! Mine needed that and balljoints & arms replaced + few more issues so the total spent was $5K but was very fair and included a 24 month or 24K miles warranty on the work completed. JCA are the first mechanics I've ever dealt with that included in the diagnosis, mphotos of every issue + returned the old parts to me. As it turns out, the previous mechanic in another state didn't perform most of the work of which I paid over $2500; he hasn't returned my four phone calls and three email inquiries for copies of my invoices, most of which were paid by cash. . .things that make ya go "hmmmm".... Everybody at John Chak Automotive is professional, efficient and friendly. I dealt with Tyler the most - 5 Stars, too! - and they performed the needed repairs in a timely manner. I am somewhat reluctant to refer businesses to others, unless I am very confident those seeking referrals will have a similar good experience, and I am truly happy to refer JCA to anyone seeking a reliable, fair and professional service establishment that operates with integrity and courtesy - that is John Chak Automotive! Thank you all for getting me on the road again.
