Reasonably priced compared to other places and very professional. My partner was in the hospital…read more(TMC) when I needed my car fixed and they drove me back to the hospital and then picked me up when my car was done. Everyone is very nice and communicate very well about everything that needs to be done and how much it will cost, how long it'll take, any other things that might need to be fixed in the near future, etc. I live in Oklahoma but from now on I'll go the extra distance to go here.

On August 28, I bought my car to Sparx Automotive in Sherman TX, for issues surrounding my steering…read morewheel and lights on the dashboard, as well as headlight and driving issues. I spoke to Bo who was very polite and professional, took all the information and told me he would call me when they knew what the issues were. When they called me back later they informed me to fix the steering wheel would be a big job and I would have to come back for that but would do the other stuff for me. I needed better front tires, had my oil changed, they filled and checked the fluids, changed the wiper blades, replaced the brakes and rotors and did a tune up. They were very reasonably priced and were extremely honest, kind, polite and professional. I was extremely pleased. I brought the car back on Sept 11, to have the steering wheel fixed and they did a stellar job. Once again, these guys are phenomenal at what they do and are so, so kind and just really nice, so polite and professional. My car drove like a dream and made it home with no issues. On Saturday Sept 12, my daughters went to go from our home to shopping and when they stopped to get gas they heard a clinking sound and then the car started to make a scraping sound. My daughter freaked out and brought the car home. I called Sparx and spoke to Joseph and sent him a video with sound of the noise and he diagnosed it and told me to bring it in and said it was an easy fix. I brought it in and they fixed it within 30 minutes. No charge, no hassles, no worries just a bunch of great guys who do the best mechanic work I have found in years. They are very reasonably priced and when they give you a quote they hold to it. Imagine that??? I would give Bo, Joesph and the whole crew at Sparx Automotive located in Sherman Texas ten stars, maybe 20 ok 100. Honestly, I have not met an automotive place that has such honesty, integrity, fair prices, knowledge, politeness and just great bunch of guys in over 40 years. Yes guys I am an older person and a veteran and I hope you take this review seriously. I have lost thousands of dollars to bad mechanics over the years. If you live in Texas please take your car to this automotive place. It is the absolute best. Thank you Bo, Joseph and the whole crew for your honest and fabulous work. You are my mechanic until the end... hahahaha. I give the highest recommendation I can. Don't go anywhere else but Sparx Automotive in Sherman TX!!!

They all looked at me and walked away.... i was blown away cause wow, how rude? After 10 mins of waiting a nicer gentleman named Jayme came to help me. You could tell he was having a rough day but remained respectful. However, the other five that were there looked like they didn't really want a job. One lady was made to wait an hour and thirty minutes for a flat patch fix, cause only one employee wanted to work, she ended up being 30mins late to pick up her kids from school. One lady behind the counter even AGREED with me that Jayme was the only one wanting to work. The lady didn't have a jumper on, just a vest, so she wasn't authorized to jump in and help. Their was ALOT of issues when it came to payment time and paperwork. They charged me $27 in service fee's when i had roadside assistance and my family members roadside discount. I asked Sean for Kenneth SPECIFICALLY cause Kenneth was the only one who knew about the current situation and reassured me he would take care of everything. Sean tried to rush me out after i told him i had no problem waiting for Kenneth. He made snarky remarks like "He is with a customer rn so your just gonna have to wait." When im standing 2FT away from kenneth and the customer. "Well your already paying (X) for the tire so what else do you want from me?!" He knew NOTHING about the situation at hand so he had no business making that statement. I didn't get nasty once, my tone stayed the same as when i got there. Its called being a decent human being. I paid the shit and walked out, store management has already been notified and knows all the individuals involved. The employee's attitudes have GOT to change, but it helps when Management decides to change theirs too. You see the managers walking around this store like someone has just kicked their dog. It is taught over and over in leadership training sessions that YOU as an Assistant Store Manager, has the power to change the tone/energy of the work environment. It all starts with YOU. We get mad at the associates for how they act, when in all reality we need to start blaming the management team. They are the ones responsible to train these associates and fix issues at hand instead of letting them get so bad that its almost irreversible. Do better guys.... seriously....

I was going to just cut my losses and go to them anyways, but then decided they didn't deserve my business and I didn't want to arrive to be greeted with even more attitude and hatefulness so I called "grease and go" Strickland Brothers who mind you are 30 minutes from me and immediately was greeted with a friendly and ready to help attitude and when I asked him if they had time for an oil change today, he explained to me they did and how long it should take instead of replying "I mean at some point today i guess" like the other place did. Let me tell yall customer service goes a LONG way and I was beyond pleased with Strickland Brothers. I believe Jeff? Might have been who I Spoke to on the phone, but I'm not sure because I was just impressed with how nice he answered the phone. I also dealt with Kyle and Howard, both are great guys, and very friendly! Thank y'all so much for the great experience.
