We looked a lot of places for one of these. When we looked on the AAAA Automotive website things looked promising ... BUT a lot of other websites seemed to have the part, but in reality they did not. I called AAAA Automotive at (903) 546-0024 to see what the deal was. The lady who answered the phone (a REAL live person answered the phone) told me that she would let me talk to Justin about my questions. After a brief discussion it sounded like he had the real part and I called my friend. Next, my friend called and spoke with Justin and determined that the part needed was EXACTLY what we had looked for over 5 months. Justin was also knowledgeable in regards to other related parts. Without question we got our money's worth and then some by being able to get this part. In fact, if this part was not obtained we were looking at changing the column shift over to a floor shift. Not fun. A very big thank you to Justin and AAAA Automotive

It is not often you meet people this nice. We were on our way to a friend's place near Bonham when a tire on our trailer blew out. Being close to an exit, we slowly made our way off US 82 looking for a safe place to change the flat. We pulled over into an extra wide shoulder area on US 69. The guys at Bells Quality AutoCare came across US 69 to check on us and had us pull over into their parking area. They quickly changed our flat for us and even aired up the trailer tires to boot! They would not accept anything for their trouble... they just said that they hoped that someone would help them out if they were in need of help. How often in today's world do you find someone that generous? So, guys thank you very much and we wish you only the best!!!

Derek was honest and very knowledgeable of the repairs needed to be done on my vehicle. My warranty Company wanted to put a bandaid on the repair or just simply total the vehicle and be done with it. I was extremely frustrated because I have only had the vehicle for 6 months and could not get rid of it! Derek advised me that he would have to turn down the job because he just did not work this way! He strongly felt his reputation as a mechanic was much more valued than to take on a job knowing I would have future problems with my vehicle. He stated he could not stand behind the suggested repairs of this Warranty Co and will not put himself out there as a crook to make a dollar. I respected his honesty and decided to have Peeps Garage fix my vehicle. Even though I am still having problems with my Warranty Co, my vehicle is repaired correctly and I no longer have to worry about breaking down. Thank You Derek

Was then quoted $165 for the service. I explained that I had called and was told the cost would basically be $120ish. Was told it was $165. They seemed unconcerned with what I had said. We reluctantly had the service done. After the work was done. A tech came in letting us know our rear shocks were leaking. And that they could replace them for $475. We left and I was steaming. We drove to another reputable business to check on the rear shocks. Plus asking for just a comparable price for the service we just had done. They showed me on the computer different stages of shock failure for our car. Ours were no where near needing to be replaced. Then when I asked about a comparable cost for services provided us. Their cost was around 55% of the cost I had paid. Later in the day A&O sent me an email asking me to rate them. SERIOULY?
