Then tells my husband to come pick it up or he will start charging storage fees for it being parked at his shop. Then writes on receipt that the problem started after customer left while the customer was driving it SMH I drove it after it was "so called fixed" bc I thought it was drivable and fixed and called him down the road while I was broke down. The mechanic employees have been a little challenge. It's really hard to find and keep good mechanics. Overall, all issues I've had, they've gone above and beyond to correct them. An hour later, I called him back and told him a towe truck was on its way but the shop he referred didn't know if they could fit me in. 5 minutes later, Wes showed up on the side of the highway to help me. He looked at the car and said he was going to go find the belt so he could fix it. He came back and said the belt needed was out of stock so it would be 2 hours before he could get it. Nonetheless, we took it to the shop he referred and 3 hours later we were back on the road. Wes going out of his way to help us, speaks volumes to his character.
