Well, he will not do the right thing and offer a warranty on the parts and refuses to reimburse for any of the labor...because "it's been 7 months." If my math is correct, that's less than 12. I can't afford for him to have my car that long again, just for it to not get fixed! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Larry is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is horrible at communicating. Furthermore, a tire rotation could not be completed due to inoperable lifts or lifts occupied by nonfunctional vehicles. This reflects a broader lack of organization and professionalism. Nonetheless, we took it to the shop he referred and 3 hours later we were back on the road. Wes going out of his way to help us, speaks volumes to his character.
