I feel they treated my situation like they would for themselves and or a family member in the same situation. This was my first time there, I was a brand new customer. There facility is wonderful, nice and clean and well kept. Plenty of space in the front office and waiting room. They have plenty of bays in their garage and worked quickly and reasonably to fix my car. My car is 27 years old and in poor condition, not a looker by any means. I generally have problems finding mechanics who will just fix the immediate problem or what I want fixed because they want to upsell me. Not with Pronto. I know what I need, I know what's worth doing and how much I can afford. Pronto was incredibly reasonable in the price they provided and the work was beyond my expectations. I'll be back and I'll recommend them to everyone I meet.

The work and service were both rough:…read more Work - the car was pulled out and ready to hand over to me, even without checking all the lights that were still on (engine, brake, etc). I had to go find them again to scan the system to cancel the lights. And they said the "lights were on when they got the car." I told them that's why I reached out and offered business. Wasn't it their job to wrap it up before saying the car is ready? Service - I chose them because they said they offer the service to send the car back to me without me having to show up there. And it was communicated that they could have the car fixed within the day. It was discounted after they got the car, saying they didn't even have the parts ready by the end of the day and that they had to wait one more day. Plus, they told me they could only Uber me to their plant to pick up the car instead of sending it back to me. They should not OVERPROMISE on such supporting services as the customer chose them for the sake of time. It turned out I had to cancel lots of errands, which would have been totally avoidable if they had been upfront and decent from the beginning and throughout the service. I gave them two stars instead of one only because the manager showed a good attitude and admitted that they should have done a better job. Anyway, the experience was NOT pleasant.

Made my first Yelp account just to write about how terrible this shop treats/SCAMS its customers with FAKE ESTIMATES, and to save you the time/money. DO NOT GO HERE. 1-If you have parts in your car they do not care about scratching your interior up taking them out. I'll add photos.. 2- I was looking for shops to do a bolt-on install/cut/patch job on a NON-damaged exhaust for my Nissan 370z that I already had all the parts for. I called to see if they could do the job, but the person on the phone didn't even know what a Y Pipe was and claimed my car doesn't come with one. (AT AN EXHAUST SHOP) When a simple Google search would teach you that it does. It was a straightforward job so I gave them a chance and drove there for an estimate. (Had to show them what I wanted installed/done to my car before getting a estimate) Once I pulled up he said "We can't start working on it today but we can start/finish by tomorrow" "Leave the keys here and we'll get it done." Not knowing what they were doing with my car or that I had the parts in my trunk at this point. Then I said "Can I show u what I want cut/done, the parts are in my car". He then says "Oh, you have the parts with you" confused... I then proceeded to show him what I wanted done. He says "For the cuts/patch alone it would be $200" and "$450 no more than $500 for the full job done by tomorrow". Which was $150 more than the first shop I went to, but had a longer wait time. I double checked that he said $450 and left my car with them MAINLY CONSIDERING they'd get it done by tomorrow, and it fit my schedule. The next day they called "saying my car is ready, and the cost was $600. ($20 for an added part)" I said "ok I'll be on my way" hoping for a reasonable breakdown for an added $130. On a $450-$500 estimated job that came with all the parts. I asked them for a price breakdown and why the price changed from $450-500 to $580. The guy then lies to my face and says "I said $580 yesterday, there's no breakdown it was all labor". "$600 of straight labor" I asked if there were any photos, or anything to show that the job was done well. (Since it's under the car) He says "You can have another shop put it on a lift for you, or start it up as proof" On a $600 job... He then brought his manager in and I explained what happened. The manager insisted there's no way $130 was added out of nowhere and that I wasn't telling the truth. (The cat back exhaust alone cost $2500 why would I lie about $130...) Then the guy who lied at the counter lied again now saying the $450 came from ME asking for $450 not from him saying $450. (After just saying we didn't talk about $450 prior) When all I asked for was an estimate the day before just like every other shop I called. I didn't bother influencing the price they gave me knowing I could just go somewhere else if I didn't like it. He also lied about seeing me leave the parking lot to get an estimate from somewhere else to his manager. When all I told him was that I debated going somewhere else because of the price the first day. (Then waited in my car for a few ) but decided to leave my car with them. (Never left the shop) I didn't bother arguing with 2 scam artist so I ended up just paying them and leaving. (Otherwise, I wouldn't get my car back obviously) They got the Job done hopefully. ( I don't have any proof besides the car running) Very disappointing first-time experience with this shop. Don't suggest anyone going here.
