Not only did Frank explain the different features on each available filter for my vehicle, he also assist in putting it on and was pretty adamant on putting the filter on himself. First of all I love AutoZone especially my local in McKinney at 3:80 and Custer. The manager and the staff are amazing they help with everything I need. Here's the issue you have a Walmart next-door and win wiring is 60% cheaper 100 feet away I have to go to Walmart. They have the same wire at Walmart for $7.50 and it's $12 at AutoZone come on AutoZone. Do you have an amazing staff at the store help them out a little read more

Very bad experience. Last week I went to get my oil changed and it was a VERY Hot Texas day,, about 105 degrees outside. They informed me that I had no transmission fluid. I called my dealership, because I have extended warranty and my husband was out of town. I was never treated so poorly in my live. I told them what was going on and ask them if I could buy some transmission fluid for my car and could they help me put it in. The gentlemen behind the county pulled up a page with different brands and suggested I get out my owners manual. I called the dealership again and they told me what kind I would need. I requested that someone help me put it in. There was a guy behind the county that he referred me to, and when I ask for help he pretty much blew my off. I told him if he couldn't do it would he at least show me what to do, so I could go home and try myself. You would have thought that I had requested him to rebuild my engine. He walked outside with me, I opened the hood. He pulled out the transmission stick and said, "Yep you have no transmission fluid". He walked back into the store and there I stood in the heat with the hood of my car still up, waiting for him to come back out. HE DIDN'T, so I walked back into the store and waited for him to assist me, and he just went to help someone else. I went to the parking lot thinking he would come back out, but there he left me in the heat with the hood up on my car. I just closed the hood and went home in tears. Thank God I had a neighbor that was around that help me put in some transmission fluid. Even if they were not able to do that at the store, I could have been treated with a little respect and help on what to do, or even closed the hood on my car. I have told everyone in my neighborhood that they might want to go somewhere else, especially a woman that doesn't understand under the hood of a car. Even the customers that saw me struggling, were kinder to me at the store. read more
