Daniel did an excellent job in assisting me with a battery replacement and installation. I was able to show up, tell him my make and model and battery issue. He then tested the battery to confirm which one I needed replaced because apparently in my Jeep there are 2 different batteries. He confirmed which one needed to be replaced. Then grabbed the battery and did the installation in under 10 minutes. Super friendly, helpful and quick service. Definitely going back to this location again. read more

I walked in, was ignored by Brian on the isle that he was stocking, and eventually had to go to the counter to ask for help. He did help me find the bulb I needed for my car, but proceeded to scoff at me not knowing if I needed bulb grease or not. At no point in time did he ask if I needed help replacing the bulb or if I had any questions about how to do so. Thankfully there's YouTube and other Autozones in the area. read more

I needed a new battery for my car and the dealership that I usually take it to was closed so I stopped by hoping they'd have what I needed. Sure enough, they did. It took me a minute to figure out what battery I needed and I was a little put off by the fact that no one assisted me or asked if I needed help. Whatever the case, I figured it out and the gentleman who rang me up (I believe he was the manager or assistant manager) installed the fresh battery and got rid of the old one for me. Once I was assisted, the service was great and the guy went above and beyond to help, but having walked in with no greeting and no assistance initially was weird. read more

I was really impressed by the customer service here! I stopped in because I'd been pulled over for having a tail light out (when are they going to figure out a sensor for this?) and was told I could go to any AutoZone for help on this. This was NEWS to me, but I was pleasantly surprised to have the man at the counter not only look up the right light for my car, but then he went and got the items for me, checked me out, and THEN offered to go ahead and put the brakelight in for me! I was so flabbergasted by the level of service from a place I had always equated to just a store, but they are so much more. Serious kudos to the AutoZone company for allowing their employees to go above and beyond for their customers, I'll definitely be back! read more

The service here is always outstanding but a few weeks ago the manager and and another employee went above and beyond. When I backed out of a parking place I did not notice there was a median behind me and I backed over the curb. The grass was far below the height of the curb snd I could not pull out without damaging my car. I asked for help and two GENIUSES came out, carefully assessed the situation, found something inside to use as a ramp, and worked together to ease my car out without a spec of damage. I swear, they were like two brilliant first responders (although it was just a car - not a life) but their service and heroics made me a lifetime fan of this shop. Many, many thanks. read more

The guy at the counter greeted me as I walked in even though there were others customers (guys just hanging out and talking car stuff with them). He asked it I needed help finding anything and quickly looked up the part number of the headlight bulb for my car. He did not walk me to the aisle, but I totally appreciate this as it gave me ample time to look over the other options (not that there were any). I changed the bulb in the parking lot and borrowed some tools they had available. A different employee came out to "help". He was kinda goofy but was good natured. I have been meaning to write a review about these guys for a while. I have been there for several different issues, and every time I have been impressed by not only the knowledgeable staff, but the fact that they always help you to get what you need into your car and set up properly. last winter, an employee helped me change my front light bulb that was out, it took him about 20 minutes to get the bulb loose because it was really stuck in there, but he just persevered and stayed to help me till it was done.
