It's used, but it's in really good shape. It coulda been the one that came off our Buick. Waaait a minute!! IT WAS....... just like the one we lost. Except nicer. So $20 lighter, I had a replacement hubcap for the old Skylark. They've got everything here (and it kinda looks like it!) and if they happen to be short whatever you want, they can get it for you, of course for a price. I think it's terrible that his parents named him Hubcap, but I think it worked out pretty good for his career. Or did his name predict his future? Dun dun DUN.....!!!!!
