I went to back and told them what happened, and the bearded owner said that's not one of mine. I showed him the receipt, and he backtracked, only to try to weld on the exact same hanger that failed from a week before. Antonio jumped out from behind the counter to see what I needed. He brought his machine out to my car to check my battery and it registered D-E-A-D! Antonio grabbed a new battery off of the shelf, placed it on a cart. While I was paying, Jonathan came over and grabbed the cart with the new battery and proceeded to roll it out to my car to install. Apparently, the battery was so bad it had corroded the metal plate, as well as the screws holding the battery in place...They worked really hard to get the battery out and install the new one... Got in and my car started right up! I know why they have such a high rating. Antonio is very attentive and responsive in a timely manner. Jonathan jumped right in to help, they're a great team.
