Today, I was searching for a clamp that's missing from the top of my.radiator, so I dropped by this store and one their clerks followed to my car, opened the hood, looked at the top of the radiator, told me he didn't think they would have the bolt or fasteners at AutoZone and then told me to look at YouTube videos to identify the part and them said if of I can't find it, just use a paper clip. As God as my witness, this is a true story...you can't make something like this up. He didn't try to look up the part ask his manager or a coworkers opinion.I said to him " really dude?" don't you ever treat another customer like that, unbelievable! Would give me o star rating if that were possible. This is my neighborhood AutoZone, will never spend my money there again read more

Tracy was amazing! my car battery was shakey and I knew I needed a new battery and sure enough a week before payday my car was having trouble starting. I knew I needed a new battery immediately. it's close to 8pm on a Friday night and I had important work driving to do tomorrow. anyways this location saved me! Tracy figured out which battery I needed and installed my new one. the nice lady at the register was so kind and patient as well. I am stoked they were open and able to literally save me! I appreciate this autozone so very much! and a huge thanks to Tracy! read more

The store manager Steven Vanderbilt went out of his way to help me with a battery and alternator replacement. He recommended a local mechanic to help with installation and even drove to my home to check my vehicle during the process. He has excellent customer service skills. Thanks Steven! read more

I came in to replace my battery and was helped by Hassan. He was very professional and efficient. I was there less than 30 minutes and he did a great job. Will definitely be returning to this location when I need to replace my battery again. read more

Came to get some of my parts checked and Joseph was extremely unhelpful. He didn't seem to believe me when my car wasn't working. He said everything looked fine and then walked away. However, the other guy he was working with (I didn't catch his name) was super kind and tried to help me after seeing Joseph walk off. read more

Been going to this location on and off for some time as the is one is located close to where we live. Love how they have the free diagnostic tests that have become life savers. So basically I came in after apparently failing my state inspection even though my car is barely two years old, and I had gotten my oil changed and tires rotated without issue about a month ago. I mean I know things happen but also pretty sure a dealership wouldn't pass up an opportunity to charge for something else. So I was told go to AutoZone and get a cheaper part and that would help me pass inspection. So I went in and Edmond helped me. And he was fantastic. He ran the diagnostic test and said nothing bad came up so he wasn't sure why I was told to come here. He also said it doesn't catch all things that might be wrong but for the most part he said that there shouldn't be an issue with me passing. He took his time explaining all of this to me and was funny as well. I appreciated his honesty. He also told me to go to another location to get a second opinion and to tell them that he has sent me. So super nice and he didn't have to go out of his way for me like that. Just one more positive experience that I've had here! read more

can not thank diamond s enough went to 3 different. autozones didn't have the part went here she spent 20 mins and tore the store apart to find my part. talk about above and beyond will only be going back to this store to deal with her from now on. thank you so much diamond read more

This location SUCKS. The mens that work here are VERY LAZY. I went in for them to check my coolant as well as replace license plate bulbs. The gentleman told me that I had to wait twenty minutes for the car to cool down totally understandable. So I go back in after twenty minutes I see him trying to hide behind the counter. So finally they sent out a VERY LAZY guy that was fend to put the coolant in the wrong place. I want to say that the guy was a manger because he had on a red shirt. If you don't want to do your job KEEP YOUR LAZY A** at home. Alot of you mens in the world needs to men UP. read more

Edmond was so helpful and friendly with my daughter and myself with a battery change out. Edmond went above and beyond.

I came in to get my battery replaced after it dying. The people in here are top notch helpful! I was so grateful that they were able to help me and with my battery being under warranty still was an even better plus. From the diagnosis to the install of my battery by Connor! It was a great experience! The MOD was very polite and Kimberly was the one who handled my transaction she was really polite. Even with her still being in training she was doing so well! Thank you to this autozone for making my morning better! Y'all are great! read more

Called ahead of time to ask if they can run a scan to see why my engine gauge isn't working properly. They told me yes, but then when I arrived they declined and told me they can't run a scan and looked at me as if they had no idea what customer service even looks like. Don't come here if you need help or any kind of guidance, because they won't give it to you. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Overpriced Chinese junk they carry. Consumables you can find at Walmart or Amazon for way cheaper, and whenever you bring your used oil to them they get worked up for no good reason. Trash costumer service. read more

Consistently the worst service in the area. The employee's are too busy talking to one another to acknowledge a customer. And forget it if you actually need some expertise - assuming you can even get them to condescend to help you - it's usually wrong. Do yourself a favor and make the 2 minute trip down the road to O'Reilly's Autoparts on Parker. They are friendly, know what they are doing, and actually treat you like a customer. I'll be spending my money with O'Reilly's from here on out. read more

Tavis was fantastic today! My daughter and I had a bad battery and he was quick and very professional in installing a new one. I needed to replace the battery on my Tahoe, the terminals are on the side of the battery which I've never owned a vehicle with that style and did not have tools with me to swap it out. My car wouldn't start so once I was able to get a jump I went to Autozone to have them test my battery (for free)---it was indeed a bad battery. The store manager Jim/Tim (??) helped me and was very informative (esp. for someone who knows nothing about cars). He was not pushy to make a sale nor did he insist I get a new battery there. He even told me I can contact Walmart to see if I can get some prorate amount for the old battery since I bought it there. But because he was so helpful and patient with me I went ahead and bought a new battery from Autozone ($121+taxes, 3 year warranty, 2 year prorated). He installed it for me himself (free install with purchase). The prices of batteries have jumped so high it's ridiculous! Anyway, you can provide a phone number and zip so they can track your purchase for warranty purposes. read more

These guys at this location are great. So thankful for the advice on my jeep and changing my battery. Talk about full service. I know this may be a mandatory Autozone policy, but the employees at this store make the policy shine. I've read the other reviews and they are all correct about good old fashioned service. I want to say to upper management, please thank these employees often and show them gratitude. They are making a great name for Autozone. Please keep them happy and inspired. Last but not least, please promote them. These employees need to be allowed to share their knowledge of how to treat customers to your other locations. read more

Needed a light bulb for my headlights . I went in told the manager what I needed, he went outside pulled the bulb out , went in got what i needed off the shelf, I paid , we went back outside and he replaced both bulbs ( just in case the other one was going bad ), and then I left ! Called first to see if they had a part. Computer showed that the part was in stock, so I headed to the store. The part was not in stock and I was sent to another store. It was my fault for not asking the rep to physically check, I suppose. Store also needs to have either a self-checkout or a separate cashier. There is a definite bottleneck at the service desk area since customer service reps are also the cashiers and operators. read more

I've never shopped here but after tonight I can promise you I will. My car died in the strip center parking lot. The Autozone staff came out, tested my battery and jump started my car. No charge. I gave THIS auto zone a 5 star because they were fast, very friendly and helpful. I've gone to other auto zones and they were rude or not helpful and it would be like pulling teeth to try to get some help. I'm not sure what the guys name was helping me but he was VERY polite in helping. I've asked before to have a light installed at different auto zones but they've said they're not allowed to. So I thought I'd ask out of curiosity at this one and he was quick to say yes and didn't have an ugly attitude about it. I appreciate it so much! read more

I'm visiting Dallas from Chicago. I took a road trip with my husband, my Mom, 16 year old, 3 year old, and 10 month old. We experienced some car trouble during our trip. My husband was able to fix some of it. Our air conditioner went out on a 100 degree day. He thought he could fix that too. We went this Auto Zone in Plano to buy the stuff he thought he needed to repair, but after explaining the issue the Auto Zone tech suggested a repair shop. He didn't think it was a simple fix. We were going to go to a place close by but the Auto Zone employee said "No...Go to City Garage. I wouldn't trust the place down the street with putting air in my tire". Turns out he was right. We had a greater issue that needed a special part and hours to repair. I'm so glad he didn't allow us to waste money on something he knew wouldn't fix our issue. It's great that Auto Zone has knowledgable employees to help families like mine. The car repair shop he referred us too was amazing and they resolved our issue. Good repair shops are sometimes hard to find so this referral was a huge blessing. read more
