They took off heavy duty exhaust hanger and tried to weld their cheap hanger on only to fail in less than a week. I went to back and told them what happened, and the bearded owner said that's not one of mine. I showed him the receipt, and he backtracked, only to try to weld on the exact same hanger that failed from a week before. Their prices are high compared to other shops, but they used to do quality work and it was worth it, but not anymore.

First off, the good. They have an amazing new shop. Make sure you have the correct address, you…read morecould end up nowhere quick. Once you have the right address, you'll find a huge shop with plenty of bays and two Dyno bays . Everyone is super friendly. I enjoyed talking to everyone there. I took my 69' Charger there because I was lacking power, having troubles hitting 70MPH, and had oil and transmission leaks. They recommended new intake manifold, new carburetor, and I requested a new ignition system, specifically the MSD ignition system. They told me my oil leak was from my valve cover gaskets. When I got the car back, I felt I had more power and was happy with the way the engine bay looked. Even though they replaced my gaskets, my oil leak was not only still there, but now worse than before. I also started noticing issues with my lights afterwards. After I got the car back, the voltage meter would go from 13 volts down to 6 when I turned my lights on. This was not happening before they worked on my car, but when I called and asked, they said they didn't touch anything electrical. I ended up getting referred to a different shop. I asked them to do a bumper to bumper, top to bottom inspection. My oil leak ( which is now worse ) was from my newly installed valve cover gaskets. Another thing they noticed was my throttle cable was connected to the wrong part of my new carburetor. I don't have a picture now because my car is still in the shop , but will get one of the proper placement. Where they put it, at full throttle, I was maybe getting half-throttle. In fairness, I didn't have them fix the valve cover gaskets because it was already at a new shop and honestly, I didn't get a warm fuzzy when they discarded any responsibility on the lights issue after they worked on it. I also called several times to take my car back and had no follow up on their part. That's when I really decided to try the other shop.

Also had to run to Sherman Tx, 20 miles to pick up the defective part. They were to check it and they didn't, it was broken as well. I didn't find out until I had gone out there to pick it up. Okay, so you may say that third time a charm, right. Not, the third one was sent out to the shop doing the work. They did a great job in putting it in! But when I went to pick the car up, they told me that the wire harness was missing from the part; they had to remove it from the old one and put it back on the new part (cooling fan, 2006 Toyota) . So when confronted the O'Relies manager said that it wasn't their problem and clearly he had no idea what was going on. He wasn't prepared to call anyone, especially me, he didn't have a clue about anything around the situation. Then he started to explain that it was the shop's fault for not calling O'Relies back? I asked him for the DMs number and he refused to give me any information. I'm sure the person is not up to be a manager, no people skills, rude, and passes the ball off to others to take the fall. I'm now waiting for the DM to call me back. And I will be wanting respect and reimbursement for the faulty parts. I'm not Impressed! Management skills lacking, people skills zero. And the fact that his didn't hone up?? I rate him a zero, and that's giving him too much credit.

I found out the hard way I was going to need a new alternator, I barely made it home, the battery went dead just as I parked. I had bought the battery at Advance, on the advice of the Techs at nearby Brakes Plus, another place I trust 200% to work on my auto! So, I bought a whole new battery, to go along with the new alternator install job. I brought the dead battery to Advance for the core credit $22. But, listening to my story, the staff said Let us try recharging it, and put my phone # on the battery. They said Come back a bit before we close if we don't call (these guys get very busy, lots of customers) I arrived later, the old battery now was fully charged again, so I will keep it, instead of the $22. The service here was 5-star. They drove my car around, inspected, and delivered it back to a parking space right in front with the engine running and A/C on so I had a nice, cool car to welcome me. I won't hesitate to bring my car here for future needs. I noticed on my receipt that all their work is guaranteed for a year or 12k miles which is a great comfort too!

Initially, I visited the shop on Sunday due to a tire issue. I informed Eduardo before my arrival that I had a road hazard and either desired a patch or a replacement. While waiting in the shop, I inquired about purchasing a new set of tires. However, the individual showed little interest and made it clear. I persisted with my inquiry, and he proceeded to generate an invoice. Additionally, he informed me that it was the final day to avail of the $100 discount promotion, but if I did so, he would offer a buy-three-get-one-free deal for Sunday. I calculated the amounts, and to my astonishment, his was different. I reviewed the invoice and noticed that he had installed new TPMS even after being informed of their recent replacement. I requested that he update the invoice to reflect my final price, and the online system indicated that the tires were unavailable. He informed me that a sister location had them and was located 15 minutes away. Due to a tight schedule, I requested an estimated completion time and was informed of a two-hour duration. This was unexpected, considering that the shop had recently opened and was not experiencing any significant traffic. I informed him that the completion time would not align with my previously scheduled commitments. Consequently, I departed from the establishment. I am certain that you would assume my experience concluded there. However, I contacted Peter today due to my availability throughout the day. Peter informed me of the road hazard and betterment that would be applied to my new set. I informed him that none of this information was communicated to me on Sunday. I provided him with the invoice and the final day of the sale. He confirmed the information but assured me that the price with the betterment would still be less than the initial quote on Sunday. He set a specific time for us to meet, and I arrived at the shop. To my surprise, they once again requested my keys, and Peter called me shortly thereafter with a quote of $1,700 and $1,200 with betterment. It is important to note that I have already reconstructed the quote online and will post it below. His quote was the same as the cart without the betterment. I informed him that I would retrieve my keys and departed once again. If you are considering working with the two men I mentioned above, please ensure that you: 1. Review your invoice 2.
