I was told it would take a couple hours since the Ipad had not been opened. They had the iphone glass in stock. When I arrived, they went to work on the ipad right away. I had planned to have lunch and work on my laptop, They pointed me towards Little Greek which had a great Greek salad with meat on top. They finished the ipad within 2 hours and it had better glass than new. I then waited the short time for the iphone. The tech showed me that the camera was defective. I did not know if that was a glass problem or another problem. He had a new camera in stock and replaced it in short order. That was much needed as I am doing more videos now and thought i would have to wait for Apple to reopen their stores. Honest, intelligent and timely. A battery failing in 4 months is obviously defective, but instead of standing behind their product, they made excuses and wouldn't replace it. So apparently their "warranty" is just something they say to get your money -- don't expect them to actually back it up. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that stands behind what they sell. This place clearly doesn't.

AutoZone also has a great warranty program for car batteries. We've had car batteries over the years that didn't last as long as they were supposed to and they will replace them with no problem. We keep a binder for our cars that also includes the receipts but AZ also has records in their computer.
