ALMOST A MONTH AND STILL WAITING ON AN APPLE REPLACEMENT BATTERY AND CASE. If I could give this less than one star I would. I have now been waiting 3-1/2 weeks for a replacement battery for my iPhone 12. On February 12, after asking for an Apple brand battery, the salesman (about 5'7", Hispanic make with a man bun) said, "I can make you a deal, today only, for an aftermarket battery for $50 but only if you can pay cash." He talks very fast and is hard to understand. I expressed concern but was assured this was the same battery, had a warranty and he could put it in my phone that afternoon. While examining my phone, the salesperson snapped the back off of my Otterbox cover and broke it into pieces. He Superglued it together and, although assuring me he would replace it at no cost, suggested the case was previously damaged (it was not). He promised the new case and Apple battery in a couple of days. The $50 aftermarket brand battery lasted about 3 days before it began losing power and, a week later, was down to 20% after only a couple of hours use. I returned to the store and ordered the Apple brand battery and was told it would be in after a couple of days. I have returned to and called the store several times only to be told each time it would "be a couple of more days." As of today, 3-1/2 weeks later, I am still waiting for the Apple battery which is "on back order." AVOID THIS STORE FOR APPLE PHONE SERVICE AND ESPECIALLY THIS SALESPERSON read more

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location because, I had an AMAZING experience both times I came in. With that said, There are lots of good Google reviews so, take the Yelp reviews with a grain of salt...(I will also be posting this review on Google too) David and Sudeendra were both fantastic and super personable. I had 2 watches that needed their batteries replaced and they were able to determine which battery each watch needed and installed it in less than 10 minutes and they updated the date and time on both too. The customer service is super stellar and they are super professional while also being chill and down to earth! This location is family owned so, supporting small and local business is always a win. So, it was time for a new key fob as my old one was deteriorating by the day. I mentioned it to my lady who took it upon herself to go purchase me a new one. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to the dealership who wanted almost $300. So was super excited when I got a coupon for a watch battery installation for $5. Pretty simple procedure, that most people can even do at home but for the price I thought I'd just let them do it since they have the tools. After about 10 min the guy comes out and said "All done, oh sorry my tool slipped so there is a big scratch on the back." Being that it was a gift & has an engraving on the back I was upset & voiced to the employee and just replied "Sorry....but it's ticking now, I'll give you some more coupons." I just want to say how highly I recommend this place for cell phone repair. The owner and his counterpart repair man have exceptional customer service. I brought my I-phone in after dropping it. My phone wouldn't turn on and it had been broken twice before within the last 6 weeks. The guys at batteries plus took my phone apart and showed me that inside 2 brackets and 6 screws were missing. They told me the people that repaired my phone previously did a criminal-like job. They pointed out all of the places where parts were missing and then repaired my phone with an extra bracket they had laying around at no additional cost. I came in to try out the We Fix It part of the business. I have had an Iphone 6+ with a cracked screen for a while and had just dropped my Ipad 2 days in a row and was not unusable. I called a day before i could get there to see if I had to schedule. A lady took my ipad info so they could have the glass in stock. I was told it would take a couple hours since the Ipad had not been opened. They had the iphone glass in stock. When I arrived, they went to work on the ipad right away. I had planned to have lunch and work on my laptop, They pointed me towards Little Greek which had a great Greek salad with meat on top. They finished the ipad within 2 hours and it had better glass than new. I then waited the short time for the iphone. The tech showed me that the camera was defective. I did not know if that was a glass problem or another problem. He had a new camera in stock and replaced it in short order. Five stars for what Sudeendra, the manager of the Richardson, TX, location, both did and did not do for my fiancé and me. First thing yesterday morning we brought in his 1st generation iPhone that needed a screen replacement that same day. Sunheedra said his tech was unavailable until noon and even then, he couldn't guarantee the replacement would work. We decided to take a chance, then ask if he knew of anywhere else we could take it. At first he said no, while my fiancé and I were coordinating how to handle his day without a phone, Sudeendra was able to recommend another servicer he trusted. I took it there and got the phone fixed in 15 minutes. We so appreciate Sudeendra's help, even though it meant giving up business. We took my son's iPhone 11 here for a screen replacement. The first screen they gave us had missing pixels, but they convinced my 17 y/o that this was a minor issue and nothing to be concerned with. When he came home and showed us the phone, my husband too it back to the store and insisted they replace the defective screen. Just. Month later, this screen stopped functioning. We took it to the store and they refused to honor the warranty, stating it was a software issue. We knew it was not a software issue so paid for them to replace the screen again. As it turns out, the phone works just fine now weeks after the new screen, so clearly we were right. We will not use them again for any phone repairs since they will not honor their own 90 day warranty. We are out an extra $184 because of their bad business practices.
