That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.

His personality is truly infectious, and he made me feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in great hands right away. Christopher went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and kept me informed throughout the entire process. But what really stood out was the extra care he showed after my service was complete. I mentioned a few marks on my driver-side door that happened weeks ago--completely unrelated to my visit--and without hesitation, he took it upon himself to remove them before I left. He didn't have to do that, but he did because he genuinely cared about me leaving happy--not just with the service, but with how my car looked. That level of attention and compassion speaks volumes. It's exactly why I choose to bypass the dealership near my home and make the drive to Arlington for all of my service needs. In my opinion, their customer service is unmatched. I've never had a bad experience here, and as long as I'm driving a Nissan, Don Davis will always be my dealership. Bought a motor from these guys off of the internet. They gave me a great price $2700 approx. for a used Ford 6.0 diesel engine with a warranty. It included all the parts I needed and then some. Then the problem. My mechanic took a look at the motor and saw some problems. He work at Ford for many years they were not obvious problems but for him they were noticeable. So we took the heads off and the motor was blown. I called A & A right away and I have to say they were pretty mad we took the motor a part before calling them (which I can see in hind sight). They were obviously disappointed but they did exactly the most I could have expected. They arranged to have it picked up and shipped back to them and I got my money back. The absolute most you can hope for is when things go wrong is that a company will make it right and they did and that is worth 5 stars all day every day.
