It's got good prices but customer service is extremely slow. Poor delivery set up at location.

Guys working the counter were cool. Got my parts pretty quick. The prices were competitive with online and I didn't have to wait.

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've had! RENAE was AMAZING!! She was so…read moreprofessional, kind, and easy to work with. She helped me to find a car that I was really going to be happy with. Roger in finance was equally great and made sure everything went smoothly. I felt taken care of from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process! Thank you both for such a great experience! I will absolutely be recommending people to come here! And to ask for Renae!!!! They've apparently shifted to these "maintenance packages" only, and gone are the days of a la carte services. I was pushed into their Basic 30,000 Mile Interval Service Package for a whopping $499.95, even though my car is at around 59,000 miles and I've been handling a lot of this stuff myself. It felt like I had no choice if I wanted anything done at all. Let's break down why this was such a rip-off. The package includes things like replacing the key fob battery at $12.00 - seriously? I can buy a pack of two Duracell CR2032 batteries online or at any store for under $5 and swap them myself in seconds. Then there's the cabin air filter at $47.45; aftermarket options are available for $15-25, and even OEM parts online go for around $20-30. The engine air filter was $29.95, which is still marked up compared to $20-ish elsewhere. I already changed both filters and the fob batteries recently, so why am I paying for duplicates? The brake fluid flush was another unnecessary add-on in this bundle. I had my brake pads replaced back in 2024, which included a flush then - no need to do it again so soon, but it's baked into the package. And what even is this "Vehicle Protection Service" tacked on? From what I can tell, it's some vague multi-point inspection or extended protection plan (like Nissan's Security+Plus), but it feels more like protection money to the mob - pay up or your car doesn't get serviced. Their brochure lists it, but it's not clear what real value it adds beyond basic checks I could do myself. Yes, I know that I could have went to a oil change business. Pain Points: - Key fob battery: $12 (I can buy two Duracells for $5 and replace myself). - Cabin air filter: $47.45 (available online/OEM for $20-30). - Engine air filter: $29.95 (marked up from $20 elsewhere).

The store cannot give me an updated ETA and after telling me they may not have ordered them when they were supposed to and he said that the 'customer service people don't know sh*t'. His words. Then he said maybe there is weather in the northeast. Yes, those summer ice storms can be quite bad. I see why your store rating is so bad.

First Bob ( customer service specialist) which is in his name tag had me wait 15 minutes while working on something and I was the only customer in line while the other staff member was outside helping client. I figured what he was doing was inform and could not wait so I waited patiently. Today, literally 5!minutes ago I returned to deliver back the pump vacuum. There were 3 staff members. One younger Latin American lady, older Caucasian female and Bob. The younger lady was helping a customer. Non and the the other staff member where changing bulbs in something at the counter. They both looked at me and never acknowledged my present. So far horrible Customer Experience. I am the only person in line so I wait patiently. 10 min Ho by and Teo more clients come in and get in line. Still no acknowledgement. 5 minutes more pass and nothing. The phone rings and Bob quickly goes to answer it.Finally the older lady quits with the trying to change the bulb and calls me to the counter. At this point the line is 4 people deep. Worst Customer Experience seen in a long time. At least let the customers know you acknowledge them with " Welcome and we will be right with you" Will just visit other locations in the future as Autozone is a good place to shop with normally great customer service.
