Possibly the coolest store on the planet! I could browse for hours. But recently, I had a Holley 4160 carburetor to fix, and not much time to fix it. Local auto parts stores were useless, but this Summit location had the two parts I needed in stock. I was able to fix the carb by the end of the day. Thank you Summit!

If you use your phone or a computer to buy items when you're not home, be aware. You have to bring the credit card and your ID. I'm having my car worked on and the shop called that additional parts were needed, so I have the app and the card on my phone so I purchased the items and I was at work so when I get off I can pick them up and drop them off. I get there show the cashier the order number and my ID and then tells me they can't take the card on the phone. So why have all this and an app for convenience. I bring that stuff to the store then they proceed to tell me if I would like it ship to my home I wouldn't have show anything and call customer service and change it . Then I would have to pay $47.00 dollars to have it shipped and then that means I need to have someone at the house to get it then now we are four days of getting the parts. I don't live in Arlington I live in east Dallas so that 45 minutes away. I shopped there many times spent a lot money there to be treated like that, not good. I know now i just take my business elsewhere. I did talk to management and he said sometimes they let people make it but I guess not today. They said because they have a high rate of fraud if I was doing that I just ship it to house no ID and no card showed .. Bad service and there a sign in the front of store with there policies just your ID

The wait time for picking up your order is absolutely ridiculous. You'll wait 30 minutes for an order when it's not even busy. Summit doesn't have really competitive prices, just the fact the warehouse is local. If it wasn't for their massive part selection, this review would be 1 star.

This place usually sucks. You could be waiting for 15 minutes or more for parts ordered and paid for online. Today I'm waiting (with about 50 other guys) for AN HOUR AND A HSLF!!! Never again

I ordered a radiator for my Sonata here...the only downside was a bit of a wait for it. But the price was the best I saw and was in stock!

What a joke. I paid $150 for brakes that needed to be ordered and the expected delivery date (ship…read moreto store) has passed. The store cannot give me an updated ETA and after telling me they may not have ordered them when they were supposed to and he said that the 'customer service people don't know sh*t'. His words. Then he said maybe there is weather in the northeast. Yes, those summer ice storms can be quite bad. I see why your store rating is so bad.

Deep breathe!! So I visited this location twice in the last 24 hours. I needed to rent a /c pump…read morevacuum. First Bob ( customer service specialist) which is in his name tag had me wait 15 minutes while working on something and I was the only customer in line while the other staff member was outside helping client. I figured what he was doing was inform and could not wait so I waited patiently. Today, literally 5!minutes ago I returned to deliver back the pump vacuum. There were 3 staff members. One younger Latin American lady, older Caucasian female and Bob. The younger lady was helping a customer. Non and the the other staff member where changing bulbs in something at the counter. They both looked at me and never acknowledged my present. So far horrible Customer Experience. I am the only person in line so I wait patiently. 10 min Ho by and Teo more clients come in and get in line. Still no acknowledgement. 5 minutes more pass and nothing. The phone rings and Bob quickly goes to answer it.Finally the older lady quits with the trying to change the bulb and calls me to the counter. At this point the line is 4 people deep. Worst Customer Experience seen in a long time. At least let the customers know you acknowledge them with " Welcome and we will be right with you" Will just visit other locations in the future as Autozone is a good place to shop with normally great customer service.
