TV not on No decorations for holidays, or music or festive So, without sounding spoiled, you don't have to have a bougie coffee bar or a big screen television. You don't have to have fall decorations.But you should be welcoming and maybe have a welcoming atmosphere. Car sales here may not be a problem, but knowing a dealership will try to make you comfortable while you have no choice but to wait on service, means the world. Mine needed that and balljoints & arms replaced + few more issues so the total spent was $5K but was very fair and included a 24 month or 24K miles warranty on the work completed. JCA are the first mechanics I've ever dealt with that included in the diagnosis, mphotos of every issue + returned the old parts to me. As it turns out, the previous mechanic in another state didn't perform most of the work of which I paid over $2500; he hasn't returned my four phone calls and three email inquiries for copies of my invoices, most of which were paid by cash. . .things that make ya go "hmmmm".... The 1st service listed on Yelp under services is steering and suspension. Good, most of his reviews were ok as I also needed body work. Took my car there and asked if they could repair EVERYTHING. The owner Bob, assured me he could. Doesn't accept credit cards should've been my 1st clue. Paid $2k cash deposit to begin. Paid another $2k for motor mounts that Bob conveniently missed during the quote. Then paid another $2k to get back the vehicle. Yep, $6k total. As I was driving the now "repaired car" there was an extremely loud grinding noise with my suspension and steering. Yes, the reason I paid for the repair. Bob's solution was it needed an alignment. Needless to say, it wasn't the alignment. Here's what I had to pay a separate mechanic $1,300 to repair subsequently. the CV Axel, wheel hub and bearings and new control arm. When I confronted Bob, his argument was they only did body work. Bob's Yelp Page lists several services. Don't, just DO NOT FALL FOR HIS BS! I'LL BE CALLING THE BBB and local news to report all this. It is not often you meet people this nice. We were on our way to a friend's place near Bonham when a tire on our trailer blew out. Being close to an exit, we slowly made our way off US 82 looking for a safe place to change the flat. We pulled over into an extra wide shoulder area on US 69. The guys at Bells Quality AutoCare came across US 69 to check on us and had us pull over into their parking area. They quickly changed our flat for us and even aired up the trailer tires to boot! They would not accept anything for their trouble... they just said that they hoped that someone would help them out if they were in need of help. How often in today's world do you find someone that generous? So, guys thank you very much and we wish you only the best!!!
