I am currently in the process of adding a hitch to my 2014 Ford Flex. In the time of the great…read morepandemic, some things are just more difficult to manage due to parts shortages and supply chain problems. Without getting into details, sometimes it is best to push away from the computer and talk with someone by telephone. I was referred to Earl Owen Supply in Sherman for help. I spoke with Dean who spent time with me figuring out hitches for my Flex. We determined what I need and I have some decisions to make regarding time and travel. In the meantime, I am indebted to Dean for his help. I appreciate his advice and I highly recommend Earl Owen Supply.

I didn't have the best experience with the manager there several years ago. Decided to go in and…read moregive them another chance with a product they sell, but I didn't buy from them. Was looking to see if they could give me some advice or possibly fix the product - in which I would pay them. The manager acted like they couldn't help fix this and really wasn't interested in helping. Mentioned this experience to a friend and he felt the same way about the manager at Earl Owens and said he took his business to Lone Star Conversions in Sherman. I took them my vehicle. The manager/owner of Lone Star Conversions dropped everything, asked for my keys and took it to the garage. He and his son worked on the problem for 30 minutes and got it fixed. I told them I was grateful and said let's go get this settled up. They wouldn't take my money. Just were appreciative I came to them and said send friends there way if they need anything. Lone Star Conversion = great customer service!

Bought a 2018 Jeep cherrokee New, Started using 2 quarts…read moreof oil a month, took it in an wanted me to pay $225.00 to check things out, it's under warranty, after fighting for 4 years, Finally got a recall on some gaskets. Paid over $500.00 on oil for a new vehicle. Then they reset the gear shift 3 different times an charged me each time, Then the 4th time recall on the circuit board put a new one in but still charged me because by then it was over 36000.00 miles. Don't go to this place, Horrible service, salesman Pushing, Then you tell them $425.00 a month an walk out paying $625.00 many hidden fees Gap insurance, warranty which is useless. Nothing is really covered. Please go somewhere else. You have been warned,

Service department review. Called a week in advance for a…read morerecall fix. Service advisor was professional and the work performed looks to be ok. Though I had to always call for daily updates because they made it seem they only needed it for 1 day. Initially. It was there early after opening. It was finished 4+ days later. 2 star review because, while being checked in for the recall work, I was shown the active faults stored on the body computer. I explained the windshield was replaced by previous owner and it's not the right one. I also explained in great detail why the codes are active. Because it's the wrong windshield. Knowing they would charge me over 179.00 to diagnose 1 of the faults, I agreed since a humidly sensor, harness or controller might be bad. When they were ready to return the vehicle, they charged me half the max amount to tell me my windshield is the wrong one. As stated by me and written on the customer states paper. I thought "well no @&$%" Also my interior lights were left on after the work performed. Guess who would have eaten the new battery cost? As a 1st time customer, you'd think this department would have done better. Instead they took what I already diagnosed and charged me for it. Their fix was spending much more on a windshield and still have 1 of the 2 problems associated. By the way, replacing my windshield as their fix wouldn't have fixed the problem as I purchased an AlfaOBD tool and did it myself. I understand techs have it bad now but geez, could have done better.
