I can't say enough good things about Daniel and the others here. My comprehensive list of concerns was addressed the same day. Another minor issue was uncovered and addressed. Good: Trustworthy Bad: N/A…read moreOverall: My default car repair company My vehicle started making a terrible grinding sound that made me concerned I may do damage if I continued driving it. I called a few places to get an idea of a quote for what I thought was likely the cause. The dealer gave a quote that was significantly higher than Integrity. I expected this but it really was surprising how much more. Another repair shop wouldn't even venture a guess, despite my acknowledgement that without seeing it, any suggestion was based on a lot of assumptions that could be wrong. I had my vehicle towed to the shop right before a snow storm was forecasted. They told me it would likely be looked at after the storm passed, but they were able to look at it the same day. They found that I made a mistake I made that cause a bolt to come loose. This was the cause of the noise. They charged me for a bolt and 30 minutes of work. They could have easily made the repair I expected with a significantly higher cost. They called to explain what they found and tell me it was ready. I cannot speak to cost because my resolution was so easy it didn't require long to fix. However the honesty they displayed impressed me. This shop is now a place I will visit when I need help. The complexity of issues I may face with my vehicle means that I could be fleeced, but they earned my trust.

Communication is key with managing my vehicle's mechanical issues. When you work 7-5, you have to create options for how to get to/from work/home. My vehicle was to be ready Tuesday by 1700. At 1700 I had to call and ask for a status. Yesterday (Tuesday) said it would be ready around 1000 today (Wednesday). It is 1330 now and no call. I am concerned with how well I can trust this place now. Now I'm worried about how well the work is. CURRENT: Owner and operator personally called and worked out my schedule concerns and literally setup delivery for my vehicle. Explained information that created the problem and shared their plan to avoid recurring schedule concerns. The behavior I experienced from Mr Trevor is more than I expected but appreciated greatly. I thought by going to a local mechanic shop, I could get my vehicles serviced and out the door for less hassle and less cost than what the dealership would involve. Boy was I wrong. My last two visits are what finally made me decide not to return. First, they charged me over $200 for an oil change on my Audi and then tried to upsell additional services based solely on mileage. After the shock of the oil change price, I declined and called Audi McKinney, who confirmed those extra services weren't even needed at this time and that I overpaid for the oil change from Provision. My most recent visit, was for my F‑250. Provision inspected the truck and told me the cab bushings needed to be replaced due to deterioration, quoting $2,600 for the job about a year ago. I knew I'd have to budget for that, so I called them last week to check whether pricing had changed. They told me the cost had gone up another $1,000, bringing the total to $3,600, and blamed the increase on tariffs. After that conversation, I took my truck to Bob Tomes Ford in Mckinney where I had the work done professionally using OEM parts and save nearly $1,200. Not only that, but the work was performed by a certified Ford mechanic and the work backed by the dealership. That sealed the deal for me. I'll be taking my vehicles elsewhere from now on.

Sure, still charged me $185 for diagnosis. Thought I was getting taken for a ride by my Carmax warranty because they were only willing to pay $66 towards the $160 charge for the part. Turns out that is exactly what the part retails for, checked AutoZone and genuine Chevy parts online. This place doubled down, they reserve the right to mark up the parts as they choose on some margin they weren't able to disclose to me, wouldn't tell me how much they paid for my part, just that they weren't gonna budge on what they charged me. Ladies, make sure you ask ALL the questions, don't let anyone think you don't know what you're talking about before you leave your car with a mechanic shop like this one.

Absolutely stole $400+ from me…read more Visited them in September 2023 because my A/C was not working properly. They informed it was just time to recharge the refrigerant and it would be around $430. I said this seemed steep and they said it would be $120 if I did nothing and just picked the car back up for their diagnostic fee, they gave a big pitch about why it cost so much for this type of refrigerant and their work includes a warranty and yada yada. I said fine go ahead. At which point I looked up Autozone's cost for a can of the refrigerant with a gauge and it was $150. So I called them to tell them not to do the work, I would just do it myself. A full 8 minutes had passed and they said "sorry, he's already finished and parking it now." $430 for 8 minutes of work must be nice especially when they don't stand behind it at all. Fast forward to the end of February, it finally had a day warm enough for me to turn my a/c on again and now it's doing the same thing it was when I brought it in. Called them up and they said yes I'm still in the warranty. Take the car in. They determine there is indeed a leak in the valve and argued with me for having the car for a few months since the last time, I informed them that the months between September and February are known as winter and I hadn't been using the A/C. They agreed to honor their service warranty and fix the leak but asked me to pay for the lost refrigerant which is magically now only $108 lol. I was about to resign and agree when Kyle kept on about how the leak wasn't present in September, I told him I think it could have been because that's a big coincidence, at which point he then scoffs and said FINE WE WILL JUST FIX IT THEN. When I went to pick up the car he handed me the card for another mechanic as a way to say he didn't want my business anymore, which was never ever ever in danger anyway. Now HERE I AM JUST A FEW WEEKS LATER and guess what isn't working again? So congratulations on the $430 for a job you clearly did not do. I'll find somewhere else to fix it this time. If this was the type of service I provided in my work I would be ashamed of myself. I cannot recommend against them strongly enough, they should scrape the "Honest" sign off their building and just be Negative One Auto Care because that's what you get with them.
