I brought my vehicle in for a simple air conditioning issue, and four days later Yes 4 days, I was essentially coerced into paying approximately $2,300 which is 320 dollars extra, under the ultimatum of, "Pay this or leave your car here." Keep in mind initial estimate was 1600 and remaining is extra parts that they broke in the process of "fixing" my car. The older gentleman at the front desk lacks professional integrity. He refused to honor our initial agreement and tacked on extra labor charges that directly contradicted what we had discussed and agreed upon beforehand. I dont know how people of such zero integrity can even look into their own eyes, let alone people around them. Never going back here.

Got there 5 minutes before my appointment and was asked to reschedule. Then was told if I wait the car might be looked at by the end of the day. I asked if they accepted walk ins in front of me and what is the point of making an appointment time and I was told they are allowed to overbook online appointments. I will never come here again.
