DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE ,Their machine failed and destroyed my car and they denied responsibility

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Damaged My Car, No Accountability. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Whitewater Express Car Wash (628 Coit Rd, Plano, TX). On October 19, 2024 I brought my brand-new Audi A5 (fewer than 200 miles) to this location. After the wash, I noticed significant paint damage to the front passenger side bumper. Initially, I wasn't sure if the damage occurred at the car wash, but after having the dealership assess it, the damage was estimated at over $4,000. Fast forward to December 21, I returned for another wash, and once again, the same area of my car -- the front passenger side bumper -- was damaged. I immediately reported this to the staff, who took photos and promised to pull the video footage and escalate the issue to the corporate team for review. However, my claim was flatly denied because they claimed the area was already damaged, despite the fact that I was never provided an opportunity to prove the damage was caused by the wash in October. Frustrated, I then attempted to file a claim for the damage that occurred in October, asking them to pull the video footage from that day to show that the damage was not present when my car went through the wash. But now, Whitewater Express has completely refused to respond to my attempt to file that claim. It's been weeks with no resolution, no accountability, and no response from the company. This is completely unacceptable. I would highly caution anyone considering using their services -- if you care about the condition of your vehicle, do not trust this car wash.

After replacing the fuel door on our Palisade I went to a different Whitewater Express on Custer Rd. and the fuel door was open when I exited the wash. I went to one of the gentlemen working and showed it to him. He told me this happens all the time in the blower section. He told me the company was aware of the problem with the blower but had no intention of fixing it. He told me other parts of the car were at risk also. The company POLICY is to deny access to the video and deny responsibility. Their disclaimer allows them to keep our money, destroy our cars and move on to the next car with no responsibility.

I visited on the 20th and there were 3 males at the car wash and all 3 were so pleasant! Their customer service was immaculate. They did make an error with the queue and immediately stopped me to make sure I received the right wash and had me go back around! Not a big issue for me at all! Each encounter, they had a smile on their face and even carried conversation. This will always be my fave car wash!

Just left this location and am really bummed. My mom is a regular and has nothing but good things…read moreto say, so I brought her with me for an interior detailing ($160). We called before coming to make sure there would be plenty of time before closing and that they weren't too busy. They got to us right away, seemed friendly, and had a comfortable seating area inside. I was disappointed and quite frankly perplexed when I got to my car. At first glance, the seats looked good and I was super excited because in six years with this car I have never had an interior detailing. However, I went to put my bags in the trunk and it looked like they hadn't even cleaned/vacuumed it. There was dog fur still ALL over it. The reason I took it here is because a normal car wash vacuum hasn't gotten this fur out. It wasn't just a little. It was as if it wasn't even attempted! My floor mats had also been placed in the trunk and the two on top looked gorgeous and brand new but the two bottom ones (thank goodness I even checked!) were still DRY with lint and fur all over them. So I asked them very nicely if they would please vacuum those two mats and my trunk because it doesn't look like it was touched. There was still a huge piece of dirt there too! I was confused at first and wondered if the trunk just isn't included in the interior detailing? Or if they were hoping I wouldn't notice? At this point, it was approaching closing time (I'm assuming...it was nearly 5pm on Sunday) and a woman had disconnected the vacuum already and was about to haul it inside. I said "I'm so sorry to bug you, but do you mind if we use that? There's still just a lot of fur." And she (very clearly upset) put it back and they did a quick vacuum over it. When I was getting into my front seat, there was still makeup all over the driver head rest, which was also dry and had not even been attempted to have been cleaned! So I asked him if he could shampoo that spot (another reason I brought it in). He came up to it with a spray bottle and sprayed some blue spray in it, which did not look like shampoo. My front windshield still has the same annoying film it always has, my front driver seat still has the same "stain" in it (sunscreen from the back of my legs) and I'm just really bummed. My mom felt bad and semi-responsible since she hyped it up and said they normally do a much better job. Maybe it depends who you get. I hate being a "Karen" (I'm aware this review is the definition of "complaining Karen"), but I'm so tired of spending hard-earned money and taking a chance with it only to be disappointed. I'm sure some people here do an outstanding job, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would TOTALLY have been happy if they had said "we would love to make this right, please come back another time and we will make sure you're pleased" or something like that, but the way the all ran off as I was asking them to do what I paid for was just unprofessional in my opinion. I know it's partially my fault because the temp was dropping and it was getting windy and they were finishing up around closing time. I recognize that. But I still think they could've handled it better. Update: I called first thing the next morning. No answer. Left a voicemail, I was very polite and just asked for a callback to see if I could swing by again and get a redo. No call back.

On February 23, 2026, for my birthday, I bought myself a car detail. I signed up for monthly…read moremembership to receive a discount on both the first month of membership and the detail. I was charged $55 for a detail, and $22 for the first month. When I returned home, I noticed the entire third row of the car had not been vacuumed or detailed. I drove back to the car wash, vacuumed it myself, and asked the attendant to refund me and cancel my membership. He told me only a manager could do that, and the manager was not there. He told me that he would tell the manager when they came in. That clearly did not happen, because on March 23, 2026, my card was charged $44 for another month. I called my credit card company to dispute all charges and they cancelled my card and issued me a new one. On April 23, 2026 you tried to charge me again, and the transaction was declined. Apparently somehow you obtained the new card number and charged me on April 24, 2026 for another $44 for a month. I received ONE car wash and ONE half-detail on February 23, 2026 that I had to finish myself. I CANCELLED THIS MEMBERSHIP. I cancelled my card and you have an open dispute with them, yet you continue to charge me. I WANT A REFUND OF $165 AND IF YOU CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN I WILL PAY the $1 FEE TO FIND YOUR REGISTERED AGENT ON THE SECRETARY OF STATE WEBISTE SO THAT I CAN SERVE YOU WITH A LAWSUIT. I DID NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT. IF YOU DO NOT CALL ME TO CONFIRM REFUND AND CANCELLATION I WILL SUE YOU.
