White Water Express Car Wash a HOT Mess. I let the salesman fool me to get a membership for One month and I called 2 weeks before it was to charge my credit card they told me it was cancel. I get an alert they took 2 more payments out for 2 more month. I went back up to the car wash and they said it was cancel but why did they take my money off my credit card? I called to customer service line no one answered so I emailed them no answer from anyone. I went back to the car wash and the manager explained that per upper management they never refund money back even though they made the mistake. It was a nice place to get your car washed. What has ruined it is the 500 different questions asked at the kiosk to get you to select add ons or a membership or leave a tip. Now they have an employee who stands at the podium asks you those questions and selects them for you on the drive up touch screen kiosk and asks if you want to leave a tip. Also the vacuums have way less suction then they did a few years ago and its more expensive. read more

I have mixed feelings about this car wash. I'm a monthly paying member who is forced to wait to have access to the vacuum cleaners from people who do not pay for a wash. I have used their services 3-4 times over the past few months, the quality on my Mercedes is great! Their 25 dollar wash looks as good as when I had it done by hand in Los Angeles. They are SO NICE! Work really hard for their customers. They only take cash or card (no apple pay) but they are SO nice about this and will run and get change if you need it and will direct you to an ATM. I was very annoyed, since nothing was said to me about a recurring charge. No receipt was given to me; only a bar code to present for car washes for a month. I have been double charged for my monthly membership for the past two years. The total is over $700. I contacted customer service and they said I have to speak to the manager at this location to resolve the issue. On October 1st, I spoke with Parker and gave him my credit card statements showing the double charges. He said since he took over as manager, he has had to issue several refunds for double charges. Also, he said the double charges were caused by a duplicate tag that has no physical sticker associated with it. He said he would call me by October 3rd to confirm the refund. I went back to the location on October 4th because no one called me back and when I try to call this location, it went straight to voicemail. I spoke with Parker in person again and he said his boss hasn't come by to approve the refund. He said he would call me by October 8. Today is October 9. Still no refund. I called twice and it goes straight to voicemail each time. Customer service said I have to speak with the manager at this location to get the refund. Extremely Disappointing Experience - Damaged My Car, No Accountability. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Whitewater Express Car Wash (628 Coit Rd, Plano, TX). On October 19, 2024 I brought my brand-new Audi A5 (fewer than 200 miles) to this location. After the wash, I noticed significant paint damage to the front passenger side bumper. Initially, I wasn't sure if the damage occurred at the car wash, but after having the dealership assess it, the damage was estimated at over $4,000. Fast forward to December 21, I returned for another wash, and once again, the same area of my car -- the front passenger side bumper -- was damaged. I immediately reported this to the staff, who took photos and promised to pull the video footage and escalate the issue to the corporate team for review. However, my claim was flatly denied because they claimed the area was already damaged, despite the fact that I was never provided an opportunity to prove the damage was caused by the wash in October. Frustrated, I then attempted to file a claim for the damage that occurred in October, asking them to pull the video footage from that day to show that the damage was not present when my car went through the wash. But now, Whitewater Express has completely refused to respond to my attempt to file that claim. It's been weeks with no resolution, no accountability, and no response from the company. This is completely unacceptable. I would highly caution anyone considering using their services -- if you care about the condition of your vehicle, do not trust this car wash. read more

I visited on the 20th and there were 3 males at the car wash and all 3 were so pleasant! Their customer service was immaculate. They did make an error with the queue and immediately stopped me to make sure I received the right wash and had me go back around! Not a big issue for me at all! After replacing the fuel door on our Palisade I went to a different Whitewater Express on Custer Rd. and the fuel door was open when I exited the wash. I went to one of the gentlemen working and showed it to him. He told me this happens all the time in the blower section. He told me the company was aware of the problem with the blower but had no intention of fixing it. He told me other parts of the car were at risk also. The company POLICY is to deny access to the video and deny responsibility. Great experience and love their huge self vacuuming area. The employees make sure to keep it really clean and all the trash cans are emptied regularly. They even have carpet mat cleaners that you can run your carpets through for a quick sweep. The cheapest wash was $8 and they do not offer hand towel drying with it but the self-service area is so nice that it makes up for it. It would be five stars except there were customers blasting music and none of the employees wanted to intervene. Past 2 times I've come here the employees are rude! There was a car accident inside the car wash. I guess a car rear ended another car so I came back once everything was cleared up. As I was pulling into the car wash there was a truck infront of me while I was entering the car wash. The guy that directs you into the car wash was getting mad at me because I refused to rear end the truck infront of me. I'm not surprised that there was a car accident inside of the car wash because they cram these cars in there like sardines. Okay, confession. One of my most favorite past times is going to the car wash. There is something that is just so therapeutic about it!! Anyone else?! Since I juggle many hats with both a full time career and part time gig there are times where I feel like just need to get rid of the clutter. Love that this location is now a bit more convenient for me! The $8 standard wash is generally all I need to keep the whip sparkling. What this location has that I have not seen everywhere are the extra cleaners and unlimited towels to take advantage of after if they miss a spot! Car wash has gone down hill over the last 3 years. I have been a monthly member for 3 years and have watched the components of the wash being reduced over the years. Once out of the wash, most vacuums don't work well, lack of towels, etc. what everyone else has said Issue is with Drew. For 3 years being a member I have never had the sticker stuck to my windshield. I don't want a car wash sticker on my car, plain and simple. When I got a new car, I went in to speak to Drew to switch my vehicle and he says "ok, let me put a sticker on," I replied "rather not, haven't had one in 3 years". Drew says it's not optional. I said "ok, cancel my membership," and Drew didn't hesitate to lose a customer of the sticker. Good riddance anyways, the car wash is trash now anyways. read more

When car Was going through the car wash I heard a loud screeching noise when came out of the car wash all the front of the hood of my car was scratched up I file a incident report and this location said "oh your car is a older car did you not read the signs ? we're not liable for any damages" .. They don't have any cameras inside of the car wash and I asked him to pull the cameras of my car before going in at the check in and even before going in no scratches was visible but you can prominently see all the scratches when it came out they will be attached below.
