I used the free car wash from their website which was supposed to be the best wash with ceramic coating. The whole process was super fast and easy. Staff was there to guide you throughout the whole beginning process. My car came out totally clean and spotless. The self serve vacuums after were powerful and they even had glass cleaner, rags, and air too. I was impressed by it all and will definitely recommend to others! read more

Who in the fuck is in charge of billing?!?!? You assholes keep trying to bill me on a card that's been cancelled and you have the new one so I don't know why you continue to try. This is the most standoffish company I've ever dealt with. read more

I continue to be a fangirl of this location! Im always greeted by a friendly face when I drive up -- ready to help me make a selection that fits my current needs. Excellent car wash experience for a quick drive-through service! Fresh towels are waiting, vacuums have amazing suction, and I never feel like my SUV has dirty residue or missed spots. TIP: Get on their text list to get super deals & coupons. FREE car wash on your birthday! I'm feeling the vibe! read more

First car wash is free if you go to their website and sign up for a text. When I got there, it was easy to redeem and the wash was pretty standard for an automatic car wash. I was surprised that the free wash was their top tier with ceramic coating. Afterwards, the free vacuum area had plenty of stalls, towels, glass cleaner, and an air hose for dusty/small cracks. Good experience and monthly passes are reasonable. I've had a monthly pass somewhere else and it was not easy to cancel so I do like the fact that their subscription can be managed on their website (adding cars, cancelling, changing plans etc) read more

Credit card is being charged monthly. Never signed up for a subscription. Used Vibe once so they got my info, now recurring monthly without my permission. Beware! read more

If you have a membership, they can and will raise the monthly price without notifying you. Just so everyone is aware. Bury the right to raise membership without notification in the terms and conditions, and hope people don't notice! Pretty crappy business practice if you ask me. read more

Always my favorite stop to keep my Porsche clean as a whistle. Since joining on a monthly subscription, I hit my closest location about once per week and never have a wait or hassle. Especially enjoy the great vacuums and cleaning sprays and towels. read more

Love this car wash! It's very close to home for me and my car always comes out looming very clean. They have vacuums, drying cloths, high-pressure air guns and windows cleaner for use after the car wash and it's all included in the price of the wash. I have a monthly unlimited plan and it's very much worth it. You can pick from a number of levels. read more

I'm a fan of monthly car wash passes and saw that Vibe is running a promotion this spring for $10 per month for 3 months, no contract. I pulled up and Mikey, the attendant, helped answer all of my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Mikey got me signed up and explained the details of the membership, like how there's NO LIMIT to how many times you can get a car wash, even in a single day! That is fantastic value! They also offer free vacuums if you wanted to clean the inside of your car. I didn't this time but it's reassuring to know that I have that option. The car wash itself is a great experience. You drive up, align your car with the track, shift into neutral, and let the automated car wash do the rest. It seems like Vibe does a good job in keeping its brushes clean; I didn't see any scratches on my car paint after the wash. The only downside to this car wash is that they don't offer free towel dry, but instead relies on 3 sets of blowers at the end of your wash to dry out your car. But for the money paid, I still think it is a 5-star experience! read more

I am disappointed in this place. Complete trash customer service. Their blower blew off the side panel of my passenger door on my SUV that has never been in an accident and blew my passenger side mirror off almost. I had to replace the panel for the door. Took no accountability. 0 stars. Proceeded to tell me it was already lose. The day it happened the lady next to us was cleaning her car from the inside and the said the same thing happened to her car but she decided not to pursue it. Same panel was missing on her SUV. read more

I came here to wash my car and was very disappointed with the experience. When I finished, it sounded like my car was dragging something, I found an empty gas container stuck on my car. I asked for a manager, but there wasn't one available, and all I received was a simple "I'm sorry." That response didn't feel sufficient, because this could have been much worse--what if next time it's a rock or something more damaging stuck underneath my car? I really hope they start checking vehicles, especially larger trucks, to ensure nothing dangerous flies off or causes problems for other customers. read more

The quickest car wash I have taken my car to, the operator offered some deals but didn't push it once I decided. I paid $10 for exterior wash. Even though the process was quick, my car looked pretty clean. After that I had an option to vacuum inside my car and clean my windows free of charge. They currently have a sweet deal for monthly membership, I don't know if I'll be taking my car in that often but I'll certainly return. read more

No drips on windows, very clean. Recommend ceramic coat keeps car cleaner longer, and the shine - almost like new paint!!

I almost signed up for their monthly plan before trying the place out. They have free wash available on their website. It provides their top wash so I thought I'd try it out to help decide which level to purchase. Well I'm glad I did because this place has a few issues right now. The wash didn't remove all the grime from my car - no more than what car station washes provide for less. The vac is strong and it's nice to have nozzles on both sides of the car for use. One nozzle was stronger but the nozzle kept falling off the weaker one. It wasn't unusable but a bit annoying. My main complaints are that the dust blowers do not work. That makes a big difference in how easy it is to clean the interior. I looked at a few car washes and I thought this one offered cleaning products with it. It provides glass cleaner and nothing else besides towels. There is a floor carpet cleaner that works decently. It brought dirt to surface at least. The mats needed to be vacuumed again - they looked dirtier than before but it's where dirt was brought to surface. After using the car vac they looked lots better. In evenings there is no shade over the vac stalls. I'm likely in the minority for my opinion because this place was packed. I plan to check a few others out for comparison. If you just wash wipe and go this might be the place for you. If you wash often, the wash probably will handle it - I travel out of metroplex weekly or more often so I hit more bugs than the average car in town. read more

I've been to this car wash many times in the past and love it. Their vacuums are the only ones that can get ALL the dog hair out of the carpet. They also provide window cleaner and rags which I love. The customer service is also incredible. Their team helped me with an incident that happened (entirely my fault) and were very gracious and helpful. read more

I went through this wash cause I had a free coupon and I am not even kidding my car came out dirtier than when I went in. It looked like someone prayed dirt all over my car. My main reason for going in was to get the FRESH bird poop off since I had just got it washed a few days ago and not all of it even came off!!! It was FRESH! How is that possible. Thank goodness it was free cause if it wasn't I would have requested my money back!! Never will come here again. read more

I had a billing complication with Clean N Shine on Arapaho in Richardson before it turned into Vibe Car Wash, and the owner Orlando Scott, was very friendly and professional in resolving the issue. I am quite impressed and look forward to when they re-open after a pretty heavy renovation. Definite recommend for them- good people. read more

Needed a quick wash close to where I was at the moment and VIBE did not disappoint! Service was top tier, loved the "vibe" (pun intended) and appreciated the coupon on my first go around. If I lived in the area of the their locations, I'd definitely be a member! The wash was quick, colorful and I can't say enough good things about them offering a try before you buy session! Keep up the good work and when I'm back in the area, I'll definitely slide through! read more

Not sure where to begin. We were charged $19 on June 30th for a monthly membership and went in today July 7th at 4:45pm for a wash. However, the system denied it. We showed the "supervisor" our credit card charge, and he kept on stating the system denied it for a reason (that it could be pending credit card charge, which can't be true when the credit card statement clearly showed the charge). We talked to him for probably 7 minutes, and finally decided to ask him to let us exit. We will be calling our credit card for a charge back. It might not be the supervisor's fault that the guy who charged us on the 30th didn't select the correct option, but the way he kept us there arguing and wasting everyone's time was not a smart move. We will not be back. read more

Enjoyed the previous management of this car wash. Staff was friendly by a long shot. And the value was better. There "new" equipment sat outside in the elements for what I would say months before installing. The difference in prices between "levels" of wash don't really make a difference. You are still left with streaks and missed spots everywhere. Only saving grace is their decent free vacuums. But if you need a wash I'd go somewhere else for the price. read more

Yes the owner reached out to me directly, but there wasn't a resolution to the issue related to the passenger side of my car not getting washed. I have a SUV so there shouldn't be an issue with my car being too small impacting the machines from washing properly. I'm sure there needs to be adjustments made to the equipment to provide a more thorough wash. (Just my two cents as an engineer that's worked with automation for the last two decades) read more

I went to this location yesterday to get a car wash. My first wash was complementary which is nice. However, my first experience wasn't as great as I thought it would be. After I finished my car wash I noticed my passenger door still had bird poop on it. I also used the vacuums as well. Their suction wasn't as strong after like 5 min. read more
