When they never arrive, I asked the employer again If he had called them. Very oddly looked at me and he replied "no I know that man he comes here every day. He's a customer." I replied to him that it was a woman not a man, and the employer changed what he said. He then stated that it was that the black women who was his customer. I stated that she never had got out of her car the whole hour I was there cleaning my car. The employer acted puzzle But went on to say that there was something wrong with me. He knew that customer. Which, in fact, that is not what he stated in the first time.

The attendant didn't bother to talk to me about a wash so I got out of car and took a photo of sign. The only person that did approach me while I was here was someone begging for money. On a hot day I'm not sure where one could get out of sun while they washed car. There are much better options- and places where someone will get off their stool and ask if they can help you. I buy their candles, support their other business ventures, and have consistently gone out of my way to support this establishment. Today, I purchased a $65 upgrade for a full detail and asked for an additional air freshener. Apparently, that's where Amy draws the line. One air freshener per customer. No exceptions. I politely explained to the lovely Amy that I had just paid for a full detail, had a wet dog in my vehicle, and would appreciate a little consideration. Her response? No. I then explained that I had no problem canceling my membership over this kind of customer service. Her response was simply, "Do what you need to do." And there you have it. What I find most troubling isn't the air freshener. It's the complete lack of common sense, customer appreciation, and basic understanding of how to run a service business. Imagine being so indifferent to customer retention that you're willing to sacrifice a loyal, recurring customer over an air freshener that probably costs the business pennies. Besrat understands the value of relationships and customer service. Amy clearly does not. Businesses spend thousands of dollars attracting and retaining customers. Amy managed to undo all of that over an air freshener. It's not about the air freshener. It's about the attitude. And unfortunately, Amy's attitude speaks volumes.

I have a "mom car" situation (if you know you know) and they really got a lot of grime up from the cup holders, cracks and nooks that get so gross with goldfish and all that - honestly a little embarrassing but they were very nice. The price to me is more than fair and the whole staff was working very, very hard in the 100 plus weather. Only took a couple hours and I would highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service! I think the cheapest outside wash was like 8$ all the way to close to 20$. I asked if they dried the car afterwards and they do not- which usually I don't like- so I got the cheapest outside wash. However they do provide towels when you are vacuuming your car- so I really liked this better because even though I dried my car myself, I did it the way I wanted to and it looked nice and shiny at the end. The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash. Affordable, new, clean, quality machines, good service and its kind of near my home. Check it out!
