Each station had one vacuum, an air compressor to blow out dirt from hard-to-reach areas, and a basket of rags. Unfortunately, the spot I was in didn't have any towels, and the one I managed to find was damp. It also seemed like the employees didn't anticipate the rush hour crowd, leading to limited and oddly arranged vacuum areas that made maneuvering difficult. I was charged $55 for a detail, and $22 for the first month. When I returned home, I noticed the entire third row of the car had not been vacuumed or detailed. I drove back to the car wash, vacuumed it myself, and asked the attendant to refund me and cancel my membership. He told me only a manager could do that, and the manager was not there. He told me that he would tell the manager when they came in. That clearly did not happen, because on March 23, 2026, my card was charged $44 for another month. I called my credit card company to dispute all charges and they cancelled my card and issued me a new one. On April 23, 2026 you tried to charge me again, and the transaction was declined. Apparently somehow you obtained the new card number and charged me on April 24, 2026 for another $44 for a month. I received ONE car wash and ONE half-detail on February 23, 2026 that I had to finish myself. I CANCELLED THIS MEMBERSHIP. I cancelled my card and you have an open dispute with them, yet you continue to charge me. I WANT A REFUND OF $165 AND IF YOU CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN I WILL PAY the $1 FEE TO FIND YOUR REGISTERED AGENT ON THE SECRETARY OF STATE WEBISTE SO THAT I CAN SERVE YOU WITH A LAWSUIT. Confusing process: The drive-in car wash requires you to pay at a cashier around the corner from the entrance with a gate. I've never seen a setup like this it seems like a waste of real estate which could be more parking for the store next store or maybe WORKING vacuums. Usually payment is quick and convenient at the entrance, either via a booth attendant or a handheld POS brought to your vehicle. This setup felt unnecessarily complicated. Poor business plan. 2. Poor washing quality: The pre scrub attendant barely did anything, the brush barely touched my truck, and even after going through the wash I still had to wipe bird droppings off my windows myself. I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine.
