After the dirt storms came through the Richardson area, I, like most people that had their cars parked outside was in desperate need of a car wash. You could barely see out of the windshield and wiper fluid alone didn't cut through it all. So I thought I'd beat the rush on a Friday at 1:40 pm. Wrong! There were so many people in line we were forced to be on Arapaho Road, which really made me nervous. I was hoping all the people coming up behind me and others in line would see that we were completely stopped. I had my blinker on too. I wish there was a way to line up for the car wash that is off of Arapaho road when it's busy. I guess I could have gone back at another time. Once I got up to where you pay, I chose the basic $10 wash. It moved fairly quickly once we were in the queue to enter the actual car wash. There is something so peaceful and mesmerizing about watching the soap and the brushes clean your car! read more

Received a complimentary car wash ($10) from Toyota of Richardson after getting my car serviced over there. I appreciated the free Carwash, especially after the heavy rainstorms we've had recently. Although the automated carwash was not perfect, it got a lot of the grime off my car! The men working there were friendly, and I was in and out of there in no time! read more

Paid $16 for my car wash. My car looked clean but when I looked closely at the trunk, hood, and side mirrors, they still had dirt coated on them. The vacuums were decent. The suction power could be stronger. This car wash is decent if you need a quick wash, but if you want your car completely clean, you are going to have to do it yourself. read more

They used to be pretty good but the new owners (summer of 2024) are less than impressive. When I mentioned in August of 2024 they double booked my credit cards, they declined to fix it saying "it was the problem of the prior owners". As I write this, they are still double charging me. The current manager also flat out told me she had no mechanism to refund my money. I own a small business that takes credit cards- I know what she said is false. Owner of this carwash has made some poor decisions, During the storms at the beginning of June this place lost internet and was one of the last places to have internet restored, without knowing that I pulled up and the attendant said you will need to pay with cash I said ok He then said that if I was not able to pay with cash they were just giving people a free wash. Of course he told me that after the fact. This truly upset me because I have been using this place religiously for almost 10 years now and go almost weekly. Today after almost a month later I decided to give them another try- to my disappointment it's now worse, looks like staff and manager is completely different and the attendant ad the beginning of the wash has no clue how to wash a car, after going through the wash 2 time the guy never scrubbed the car down and did not even touch the back of the car . After the first time I looked at the car and it was riddled with bugs the manager said to run it through again and said he told the other guy to scrub it down really good however all the guy wanted to do was argue. I also think they are not keeping the soap in the was restocked and looks like it was out of some of the soap I normally would see. The news reported on 1/29/24 that the car wash owner installed its own pipe to take their soap run off to discharge into the nearby Cottonwood creek, which turned the creek's water red. The city fined them. read more

I really appreciate the helpfulness when going through the gate and also the person who will do a pre-scrub of the car before going through the wash. Very helpful staff and good solid clean. My husband and I love this place, we get the unlimited best wash here and just about get a wash everyday here. The service is great about getting you on your way and if a windshield wiper gets blown off they will refund it if you bring your receipt. I love that they have free vacuums to use. Fast, efficient process from start to finish. The wash was fairly good with only one wheel rim not completely cleaned.

I don't know what I paid $14 for. I got through the tunnel like everyone else. There was a guy standing at the entrance and sprayed water around the car, but no one wiped my windshield or tires or anything after. There was no one to vacuum my car. I needed to do it myself. They actually scrub your front grill and spray it thoroughly before sending you through the wash!! Makes a big difference. Most places spray water for half a second. Highly recommend for $7! read more

The car wash damaged my car by tearing off a piece. The manager refused to give me either the insurance or ownership's contact information and told me I would have to take them to court to get compensation for the damage. When I went to get the part from inside the car wash, the attendant found a piece of a different car's fog light plastic inside, so it seems others may have also been damaged. I was told ownership would get in touch within 4 days; it has been four days and I have not been contacted. I tried to call but was sent to a full voicemail box. They did an excellent job for a drive-through car wash price! My vehicle was filthy dirty and covered in dried mud and they spent a good amount of extra time in the beginning doing a pre-washed before I drove through the wash and it looks so much better now! This is probably the worst car wash i've ever gone to. Let me point out this is the first time i've gone, and i'll say i'm not going back. During the car wash I heard this loud thump. First thought comes to mind it's nothing major. As I get out to dry my car, the spoiler is missing off my car. Their car wash equipment has totally taken off the part. Left all the screws in the car. The manager is going to call within a week. I think they need to pay for something. They broke it and it makes no sense for them not to do anything. I don't recommend this car wash at all. read more

I had my car washed here and when I got home I noticed a ton of soap scum all over my back windshield and back of the car. I was disappointed, but then when I was wiping that down and re-washing that part of my car I noticed that the top of my brake light was cracked and had water in it, and I had scratches across the top of my car. I've only had my car for about two weeks, and this was the first time I had put it through a car wash, and I was positive the damage was not there before. I turned right back around to talk to a manager about it and was completely dismissed. He claimed that nothing in the tunnel could have caused the damage, but when I watched other cars go through the tunnel I disagreed. He then was uninterested in answering further questions about the equipment or even discussing a possible solution. He literally turned and walked away. Also, it's worth noting that I've never had a previous issue with a car wash, and I've only written maybe 2-3 negative reviews about anything before. I would definitely strongly recommend anyone against using this car wash because apparently they refuse to own up to any possibility of a mistake. I guess I'll stick with Big Lou's on Belt Line.
