Overall, it was a decent car wash with minimal complaints and I thought the way the blowdryers specifically adjusted to your car's height was pretty cool. I paid $25 for the best wash they had and was slightly disappointed to see that there was still plenty of dirt on my tires and the back of my car, so next time I probably won't get the best and pay that much for it to miss so much. They walked around giving free rear view mirror air freshness and that was pretty awesome. Overall I would come back!

Sooooo let me tell you about this place…read more.. I came because I parked under a tree and what is in trees birds. Had bird crap all over my car, so I'm like yes getting it cleaned off. So we came here. I spent the $15 dollar wash for more cleaning. We're talking about bird poop. Ewwww! NOW the person in the car in front of me is clearly not smart at all. She must've put her car in drive and got stuck on top of the equipment. So I'm in the middle of the tunnel behind her. The guy comes inside and said what happened and said you're going to have to wait. I'm like okay well 20 min goes by and I'm still waiting middle car in the tunnel. Lol funny right. So he comes back and he's like I'm sorry. So the reason I'm giving him 4 stars was because he kept coming back and he gave me 5 free rewashes for my time I had to just sit there and wait. Good management!

I was looking for a…read morereliable place to keep my car clean without spending all day doing it myself, and this spot is super convenient (located right off Belt Line Road) with a range of wash options to fit whatever level of care you want. First off, I appreciated how easy it was to get in and out with their drive-through system which is perfect for busy days when I just need a quick exterior wash on the go. They offer everything from basic express washes to more premium packages that include wax and sealants, which left my car looking shiny and fresh. I also looked into their unlimited car wash membership, which seems like a great value if you want frequent washes without the hassle of paying each time which is especially helpful here in Texas where weather and road dust can make your car dirty fast. The team was generally friendly and worked efficiently, and the results were noticeable because my car came out cleaner than I expected for an express wash. They even offer interior detailing services and add-on care like seat cleaning and wax treatments if you want that extra level of detail.

Not only were our wheels not cleaned, the bottom 8 inches or so of every car panel was also unwashed. I requested a refund as they told me that there was no wheel cleaner installed at this location (Garland, TX) and they told me the best they could do was let me go through the car wash again, which would have been useless. The rest of the car was okay at best, which was very disappointing for their top tier package. I will not be going back, and would not recommend this car wash to anyone.
