Stopped off on my way through town for a quick car wash. It's spring and my car was COVERED with bugs. I wish I had taken a before picture because they did an awesome job. We all know how hard it is to get bug guts off a car so be I did t expect it to be perfect. These guys got all but one or two spots off my windshield and grill. The vacuums were just ok and that is why I only gave 4 stars. Don't pay attention to the older bad reviews. I highly recommend this car wash. If I was local I would do their monthly subscription. read more

Went back to them now that they have their remodel done. New system is awesome. Of course, the guy guiding the car in front of me, and my car was frustrated because I guess you have to stop on a dime to get it right. Well some guy was doing something on the right side of my car so I took my eyes off the guy for just a second and he screamed at me to stop. Then had the nerve to say, these f-ing people are so f-ing stupid, I screamed back for him to go screw his self. This is truly unfortunate as the carwash itself was awesome. I have been using Posh car wash for 10 years. It is by far the best automated car wash in and around the Sachse/Wylie area - I have tried the others. The staff at Posh are always friendly and willing to accommodate any reasonable request. The auto wash works well and the drying is superior. You still need to touch up the drying and maybe some spots near the back or underside. But no automated wash gets it perfect. I have even driven away right after the auto wash/dry cycle and let nature dry it when I was pressed for time. Very little spotting. I saw a negative review by someone that could not get the interior cleaned by the Posh crew on a weekend - an extra service Posh provides. It is unreasonable to expect these extra services to be available on demand. Posh has been closed for remodeling the last couple months. I can't wait to get back to the best auto wash around! I would NEVER use this place EVER. Took my sons truck there to get washed. Made it home to find the whole side molding piece ripped off the side of his truck. Talked to a friend and same thing happened to her Moms Mercedes they will not fix. Biggest mistake I made that day was going there. read more

Although the guys halfway pre-brush your vehicle, good value for $5 car wash plus free self-service vacuum. It can get busy on the weekends. I sometimes get nervous about how close they put cars together in line. read more

I don't appreciate the BS answer I got from the manager at Posh Wash. He never once offered to look at the damage, which was clearly not caused by another automobile. This place is amazing. I always get my vehicle washed here. About two weeks ago I accidentally vacuumed up four of my rings so I talked to the manager, Austin, and left my information. Long story short, they found the two most important rings of the four. They were unbelievably kind and helpful!!! I ended up tipping Austin $120 and I'm a broke 23 year old. This place doesn't worth the price since they are consistently leaving marks on my car mainly on the trunk door and the corners. I keep ignoring and coming back since it's closer to where I live. This morning I paid for the $15 package (with waxing) and still the same sh#### job as usual. So I thought I must post a review so may be they could fix their equipment or pay attention to details if they really care about customer service. I did end up coming back this afternoon with my wife's car since it was due for a wash and my receipt from this morning said free $6 rain check car wash if you come back in 2 days, but turned out that's not applicable for a second car (it never mentioned in the receipt though,but the guy said that's how it works.) I let him keep the offer and paid for the second wash. Again the trunk door corner is still dirty once done. Doesn't worth my time to come back here so they can do the job right this time and rewash the trunk area which I paid $15 and $10 for already. read more

I took my car in to get the seats and dash cleaned. It took them about 2.5 hours but it was worth every minute when I returned to get my car. When I picked it up my car looked brand new inside and out! Friendly staff and great service. I'll be back! read more

Out of all the car washes in the area this is probably my favorite. The staff is always pleasant, it doesn't matter if I'm buying the $20 wash or $5 wash they are always nice. Free vacuum service and they do have full service for additional fee. I wish they stayed open later in the summer, by the time I get off work in Dallas they've closed. It would be nice if they stayed open until dark they might get more business in summertime especially. I like they're option to put the quick washes on gift cards makes it easy when you can't find cash. The care wash itself does a very nice job never had a bad wash that I can recall over the past 5 years I've been going there. read more

This is a sweet car wash with the price of vacuum included. It'd be nice if they didn't close so dang early. Prices are reasonable and the fellas who work there totally get to scrubbing by hand while you wait your turn to go through the wash. That's a wash with a wash. Can't beat that. This car wash is awful. I felt my car being hit by the machines but didn't realize that it had torn off anything until an employee brought me the front wind shield trim, my license plate AND it broke the front right wheel trim. They were all torn off in the wash. Management said "they are not responsible for trim pieces." On the bright side my car is clean, doesn't help much when now I have to take my car to get repairs. read more

Been coming here for years because unlike other car washes their brushes get the tailgate of my truck. Other carwashes leave it un touched and dirty so this is your place to go if you have a pick up. Which is what 90 percent of Texans?! lol. read more

it doesn't clean too well also the dryers at the end of the car was don't do much drying so i had to hand dry the car for 20 min :/

Awesome prices and free vacuums. This is a great drive through car wash that is top notch. I was in and out (after vacuuming my car) in less than 15min. They have trash cans right next to the vacuums so it's a great place to clean out all the trash. read more

The carwash washes good, but doesnt dry very well. Leaves water spots over. Last time i asked them to dry it off and the manager argued with me but did it. This time the same manager told me he remembered me from last time and it was $4 extra to get it dried because their dryers arent adequate. I told him i wasnt ever coming back and he said "good, i dont need ya"! Not sure why you advertise and charge up front but dont complete the work? I wont be back. There are other car washes that do far better for less and u dont hav to ask them to do their job correctly. read more
