These people need to step up their game. I go to this car wash, because it is the only one in town that actually gets the bugs and grime off your vehicle. They will also hand dry your car. As of late their staff seems to not care if they show up to work or not. I sat in line today for 15 minutes. Cars started to pile up. One employee showed up and was stressed that the MANAGER hadn't shown up to work, and she apologized and said they were short staffed. I was told I was going to have to wait another 30 minutes to even get a wash done! I ended up leaving. If I'm going to pay $20 + dollars for a good wash, I expect excellent service. They might as well not open at all as they've done in the past. Very poor practice as of late. read more

This car wash is a joke. It took them an hour and a half to wash the outside of my truck. I finally just had to leave. Had to get reimbursed for the detailing. it wasn't due to the quality either it was due to the lack of management and personnel qualifications. So this is a pretty janky business. I recently moved to the area and it's been hard to find a full service car wash. I have never heard of a 10 dollar upcharge for a third row. The I'm assuming owner laughed at me and said why would a smaller car be the same price as a bigger car " logic" is says. Compared to other car washes they are already 10 dollars higher than better car washes I've been to. Then on top of that oh it's also 10 extra for the third seat. I've just never been told that. I really love the fact that says car wash and it's employees take pride in their work. Even if you just get a basic wash they scrub your front rear and windows really well before it goes through the drive-through wash. It is not common nowadays it is really appreciated at least by me. If you're in the area need a car wash give them a try. read more

Sooo I'm with my friend and she came to get her car washed. This is the BEST car wash I've been too!! They scrubbed her car to get the bugs off and to make sure they "butt" of the car is clean. The workers took their time to make sure they scrubbed off the dirt and THEN she went through the car wash. Wait for it.... she then got her car towel dried with free vacuum ALL for $10!! I am canceling the membership I have by my house and coming here from now on. Now there is a wait, but that's because they are scrubbing your car before going thru the actual wash! I am shook! They broke my passanger mirror as soon as I saw i seen it them pretended they didn't see it and when I got home they I noticed they scratched my hood. They left a whole bunch of splatter in my front window from the detailing. At first I thought nice job then saw how bad it messed my car up. :( read more

Been here a couple times. Usually go to Rockwall car washes because that's where we are. However this place is better, with better prices and service. Great people who speak English and the car is virtually hand washed before entering the automated car wash. They spend time actually cleaning your vehicle inside and out, not just wipe at it. Definitely worth coming here. I'm surprised there's not a line, here. Talking with the manager seems they just recently took over (3/19), so maybe people aren't aware. read more

Very Impressed, I had three autos detailed and they all turned out great, AND what a great price , $59 each inside and out, could not be happier, did not know they did this here, well worth it and they had plenty of help and did it quickly. Also just a normal cleaning they take their time and really prep it up front they beat all the other places in town, give them a try you will not be disappointed. read more

I went to this car wash yesterday, they did an amazing job! The car I was driving was full of mud from the storm. They cleaned the inside and out. Leather seats, door handles, windows, dashboard, EVERYWHERE vacuumed and spotless. The employees and the manager were very nice and professional. I'll definetly be coming back from now on. read more

Never again. $35 for a drive through car wash. No vacuuming of your carpet. They don't clean your floor mats. No cleaning of interior windshield or windows either. Don't even wipe down your dash. Ridiculous. Go to the new one in Terrell on Main St. or the one in Forney by Kroger. read more

This place is excellent to get your car washed and detailed. I take my Jaguar and Infinity QX80 there and they charge just $15.00 and that comes with them hand drying them and putting tire shine on. I just recently bought the Unlimited Plan for $34.99/month so I can get my cars washed anytime I want. I moved to Forney from Allen last year and when I got here, I looked everywhere for a decent car wash and couldn't find anything decent until I found this one. They also include free vacuum as well. The owners are very nice and accommodating. They are also putting in a touch-free wash as well.
