I wanted to buy matching Christmas outfits for my grandkids, but the smaller size wasn't available. The bathrooms are giant and always clean. I asked the cashier if she goes crazy in here, and she said they don't give employees, discounts, first responders, or seniors. That's crazy! With the money they make here, you would think they could do a small discount. Looking forward to our sandwiches tonight! 10/6/26

This is our stop of choice when traveling to points east, and we've done so on numerous occasions…read moreover the years. As with all Buc-ee's locations, you can expect the cleanest and most plentiful bathrooms in the history of mankind, enough gas pumps for an entire town (I think, I just did a napkin count), and all of the snacks and hot food that you could possibly want, to say nothing of an expansive merch selection. So what's not to like? Nothing. Nothing is not to like, it's just a great place that never fails to deliver on everything. My official hot tip for this and all Buc-ee's: check out the coin battery prices, those little round guys, for some reason, are cheaper here than almost almost anywhere else. There's another Buc-ee's closer to our home, it's my destination for those pesky CR2025 and CR2032, which seem to get slurped up by our devices. There's truly nothing bad I can say about this or any other Buc-ee's. Just make it a part of your travel, you won't be disappointed.

She went back to inform them and that's when a gentlemen Informed her about the tire and told her that she needed to go have the tire changed before the can fix it again. so she does what they told her to now RICKY wants to charge her for yet another alignment when she already paid for one. Had Ricky actually checked the tires before beginning the process he would have known about the size difference and my daughter could have avoided all this running around. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICALS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIST MONEY!! RICKY OBVIOUSLY IS NOT DOING HIS JOB CORRECTLY!!

This is for the Kwik Kar located in Terrell across from Walmart: I brought my truck in to have the…read morewater pump, thermostat, and thermostat housing replaced as the water pump was leaking. I get a call that the work was completed but that my radiator is now leaking. It wasn't leaking when I brought the truck in. I spoke with the manager and he stated that the mechanic told him it was probably caused by too much pressure being placed in the radiator due to the water pump leaking and they could replace it for $800. I said no and picked up my truck. My truck now leaked alot more than it did when I brought it in and any true mechanic will tell you a leaking water pump cannot push more pressure than the radiator takes. I went and bought an OEM radiator and installed it myself as I have NO trust with those guys anymore. For the mechanic to state it that way makes me wonder if HE put too much pressure testing the radiator and realized it after he cracked it but this is a scenario that can't be proven. The mechanic is a dishonest individual and I will no longer do business with them. I'm a fair individual and can work with the truth but I can't work with dishonest people.

As of late their staff seems to not care if they show up to work or not. I sat in line today for 15 minutes. Cars started to pile up. One employee showed up and was stressed that the MANAGER hadn't shown up to work, and she apologized and said they were short staffed. I was told I was going to have to wait another 30 minutes to even get a wash done! I ended up leaving. If I'm going to pay $20 + dollars for a good wash, I expect excellent service. They might as well not open at all as they've done in the past. Very poor practice as of late.

Not great on the customer service. The car was itself is average. Didnt clean the rims or windshield very well. They do allow you to go through a second time if not satisfied, but the reason i goto an automatic wash is for efficiency not to have to wash the car twice. The attendant doing the pre-wash needs more time to scrub the rims/windshield before going in the bay.
