I paid $25 for the best wash they had and was slightly disappointed to see that there was still plenty of dirt on my tires and the back of my car, so next time I probably won't get the best and pay that much for it to miss so much. They walked around giving free rear view mirror air freshness and that was pretty awesome. Overall I would come back!

So we came here. I spent the $15 dollar wash for more cleaning. We're talking about bird poop. Ewwww! NOW the person in the car in front of me is clearly not smart at all. She must've put her car in drive and got stuck on top of the equipment. So I'm in the middle of the tunnel behind her. The guy comes inside and said what happened and said you're going to have to wait. I'm like okay well 20 min goes by and I'm still waiting middle car in the tunnel. Lol funny right. So he comes back and he's like I'm sorry. So the reason I'm giving him 4 stars was because he kept coming back and he gave me 5 free rewashes for my time I had to just sit there and wait. I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine. You seem more concerned with proving you're right than understanding why you're losing a customer. Nobody was asking for unlimited freebies. I asked for ONE additional air freshener after spending another $65 on a detail, on top of my monthly membership. The fact that you felt the need to compare that to someone demanding unlimited fries at McDonald's tells me just how far you've missed the point. Here's a basic business principle you apparently haven't grasped: The lifetime value of a loyal customer is worth considerably more than the few pennies it costs to keep that customer happy. And the irony is that you could have resolved this entire situation with a little common sense and decent customer service. Instead, you've managed to turn a virtually worthless air freshener into a lost customer and a public demonstration of poor business judgment. You can hide behind your policies, defend your employee, and write all the lengthy explanations you want. None of that changes the fact that you chose to protect pennies at the expense of dollars.
