Just left this location and am really bummed. My mom is a regular and has nothing but good things to say, so I brought her with me for an interior detailing ($160). We called before coming to make sure there would be plenty of time before closing and that they weren't too busy. They got to us right away, seemed friendly, and had a comfortable seating area inside. I was disappointed and quite frankly perplexed when I got to my car. At first glance, the seats looked good and I was super excited because in six years with this car I have never had an interior detailing. However, I went to put my bags in the trunk and it looked like they hadn't even cleaned/vacuumed it. There was dog fur still ALL over it. The reason I took it here is because a normal car wash vacuum hasn't gotten this fur out. It wasn't just a little. It was as if it wasn't even attempted! My floor mats had also been placed in the trunk and the two on top looked gorgeous and brand new but the two bottom ones (thank goodness I even checked!) were still DRY with lint and fur all over them. So I asked them very nicely if they would please vacuum those two mats and my trunk because it doesn't look like it was touched. There was still a huge piece of dirt there too! I was confused at first and wondered if the trunk just isn't included in the interior detailing? Or if they were hoping I wouldn't notice? At this point, it was approaching closing time (I'm assuming...it was nearly 5pm on Sunday) and a woman had disconnected the vacuum already and was about to haul it inside. I said "I'm so sorry to bug you, but do you mind if we use that? There's still just a lot of fur." And she (very clearly upset) put it back and they did a quick vacuum over it. When I was getting into my front seat, there was still makeup all over the driver head rest, which was also dry and had not even been attempted to have been cleaned! So I asked him if he could shampoo that spot (another reason I brought it in). He came up to it with a spray bottle and sprayed some blue spray in it, which did not look like shampoo. My front windshield still has the same annoying film it always has, my front driver seat still has the same "stain" in it (sunscreen from the back of my legs) and I'm just really bummed. My mom felt bad and semi-responsible since she hyped it up and said they normally do a much better job. Maybe it depends who you get. I hate being a "Karen" (I'm aware this review is the definition of "complaining Karen"), but I'm so tired of spending hard-earned money and taking a chance with it only to be disappointed. I'm sure some people here do an outstanding job, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would TOTALLY have been happy if they had said "we would love to make this right, please come back another time and we will make sure you're pleased" or something like that, but the way the all ran off as I was asking them to do what I paid for was just unprofessional in my opinion. I know it's partially my fault because the temp was dropping and it was getting windy and they were finishing up around closing time. I recognize that. But I still think they could've handled it better. Update: I called first thing the next morning. No answer. Left a voicemail, I was very polite and just asked for a callback to see if I could swing by again and get a redo. No call back. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years now, typically I used to get pretty good service and a clean car, but the last few times I've been there it has been less than adequate. I got the door dash and whatever, 40 bucks plus tax and tip, and the windows are still dirty, of course when it's sunset behind you and you're leaving the parking lot it's very difficult to see the spots on your windows. There's literally water spots on the truck which I have never seen before when getting a decent car wash package. The windows are absolutely not clean, there's a big smudge of grease or something on the passenger side window and large smudge on the front windshield as you can see in the pictures. There was still dirt on my grill, like they didn't even bother to wipe it down. I don't think I will be back here again, and if I do I'm going over it with a fine tooth comb before I leave. $50 is too expensive for a careless attention to detail. read more

I live out of state in Washington DC. I had my daughter's car washed there three days ago. I had a handicap placard on the console has disappeared. I am positive. They removed it from the vehicle. The self-service vacuum has powerful vacuums, and they also provide clean microfiber cloths and spray bottles for cleaning your car's interior and windows. Opted for the "silver" package ($11 as of Oct 2022), which included exterior cleaning and drying through the automatic drive through wash. It did not clean every little thing off my car, but I didn't expect it to for $11! Minus 1 star because the place is chaotic and not very organized. The wheel cleaning station is so jam packed that it blocks the entrance to the place, and the exit of out the automatic wash. read more

I visited this location on Sunday 4/13/2025. I had my seats steamed cleaned and Juan took my payment of $80. After entering the car wash and making almost to the end, the car wash stopped and I was stuck sitting there for 5/7 minuets while another car was being sprayed/man washing with brush... There were streaks on the front window and the steamed cleaned seats still have several spots. The real problem is that one of your workers took my mothers' handicap review sign out of the vehicle and did not put it back. It is a thick plastic blue and white handicap sign for a review mirror that I know your workers KNOW IS NOT TRASH! In which case I believe they stole it!! I have left a message and no one has returned my call! This is unacceptable and someone needs to return our handicap sign immediately..... SMH $80 just for your people to steal..... If they are stealing handicap signs there's No Telling what else they are talking! read more

The poor guys on 'detailing' kept looking at the line getting bigger. Brought my SUV here yesterday just because my usual place is being updated and as soon as I pulled up they were trying to sell me an upgraded card! Well after paying the damn card I had the $70 detail done and let's just say they cleaned 2/3 of the inside!! Sure there was plenty of dog hair in the ride, but he got 99% of it from the front and rear seating areas, but when it came to the cargo area he takes one look and said F that!! So I end up taking the SUV home, break out the shop vac and a brush and cleaned it myself in about 20 minutes! So today I bring my wife's car here, since I have the card and I'll be damn if they didn't start trying to up sale me again and then when I said NO he tried to have me get the $120 upgrade so they could clean the doors and the jams! Even though the sign says completely cleaned interior and exterior for $70!!! SAFE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE SOMEONE FROM HOME DEPOT and just go to a coin operated car wash!! I drove ~1600 miles to get to TX. Both cars were super dirty after that drive. One car was especially dirty - especially the inside (consider 8 years-worth of kids). We opted for an interior detail for that one along with two platinum exterior washes. Jorge, the sales guy, offers to provide a super deal due to the $$ we are spending. It's a win-win for both parties. Now he has a return customer. I was surprised at how clean the cars were after the premium exterior washes (drive thru mechanized wash). While not perfect, it was very good. As others have noted, they hand dry the vehicle and did an exceptional job. They quoted me a time to pick up the interior detail and when I arrived, the car was ready. The car looked NEW! Susana and Josue did a phenomenal job on the interior. Additionally, they gave me tips to ensure that the interior dries correctly. All in all, a fantastic first experience with this team. I would definitely recommend them. read more

This car wash has really gone down. I used to go to the location on Preston and they do a horrible job and so today I went to the location on Parker and they were even worse! I had the hand wash done because the automatic car wash was broken. My car is still dirty and they acted offended when I inspected my car. I am using the remainder on this car and never again. Juan did a complete exterior and interior detail on my car. The exterior was buffed and waxed. He even got my foggy headlights clear. The exterior paint of my vehicle had a dull matte look to it. After the buffing and waxing, my car now shines! I love it!!! Juan, you did a great job! You were meticulous and attentive to detail and my car looks fabulous. Went to this car wash to get my Truck and my wife's Audi detailed. The attendant was playing "Let's make a deal" when I pulled up and told me if I loaded $400 on a Soapy Jeff's Gift card, he would give me the "Ultimate Detail" ($350 value) for free. So, I did just that. We came to this discussion because I wanted to make sure that both of my vehicles got waxed and clay bar buffed. He assured me they were way more qualified than other car washes to do this service. Long story short, I went to pick up my truck after they told me it was done and there was no way anyone waxed this truck. I could barely see out the window to drive home, and there were bugs still on the hood. The attendant told me to come back in the morning and he would take care of the problem. I returned the next morning to run my truck through again, but this time, I watched from a distance as they completed the job. Nobody ever touched my truck with a buffer, and if they did wax it, they used a spray bottle of liquid wax. Not the high-quality carnauba cream wax that you would expect. I brought my wife's car in after that and the same thing happened. Nothing but a spray bottle and cloth. No buffer at all. This is a deceptive practice on this business' part. I will not be using the remainder of my gift card or going back to this place again. There is no place for dishonesty in a job that is considered "detail oriented". What a shame. read more

A complete waste of my hard earned money paying $350 for Ultimate Detail. This was an Ultimate mess!! They are not professional in detailing a vehicle. My car was left smeared on the outside, and water spots all over it. It's not the detailing I've done before elsewhere and had a way better outcome. These guys are just not good at detailing. The inside intererior was subpar work. They basically left my inside looking an oily mess with shine. The rugs were shampoo but not cleaned thoroughly, still wet and dirt stains. My rugs are not even heavy traffic, and they still manage a poor job. No airfreshner put inside. They had 4 guys detailing it and still not worth my money. This, at best, was a $20 car wash job they did, and I paid $350. My hood was not buffed as they claimed. They take your car to the back and pretend like they are doing more, but what they did I could have done and got a way better result. I will never go there again. I need to call and speak with management, but I'm wondering if they would care. This company has to know this is not good business. I should have read the reviews before paying $350. Met Jeff the owner of all the Soapy Jeff's locations, very cool guy who cares about his business and his customers and talks to them and welcomes feedback. They also use felt brushes instead of rubber so they don't leave streaks on the car, they use Meguiar's soap which is a great brand, and they towel dry your car afterwards. Cheapest basic exterior wash was $6, $10 for exterior and wheel polish. I pretty much only go here now. read more
