Vibe wash

Vibe car wash is just that a wonderful Vibe. Washes start at $10.00 and you can add on items and they also offer memberships. I tried as my car dealership gave me a free car wash after service. I have to say this is a great car wash. From driving up and being greeted by a really helpful attendant to the wash itself. One of the best stay in your car washes with spotless dry. They have lots of vacuums if you want to do it yourself and supply clean towels to use, vacuums and high pressure air blowers . They even supply window cleaner if needed. My car came out so clean. And you can bring it back same day for free. The music that is playing as you vacuum is just that a great Vibe. Great staff ! Thank you for this wonderful wash I will be back.

Suds!

The car was meticulously cleaned inside and out and looked incredible when they were finished. This was a spontaneous adventure on my part, so she still had quite a few personal items in the car. The team did a great job carefully working around and moving everything as needed without making it an issue at all. Great service, great attention to detail, and a really easy experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

That's not good business. That's an embarrassing lack of business judgment. What's even more astonishing is that you took the time to write an entire essay defending a policy over a product that likely costs you less than the paper your receipts are printed on. You seem more concerned with proving you're right than understanding why you're losing a customer. Nobody was asking for unlimited freebies. I asked for ONE additional air freshener after spending another $65 on a detail, on top of my monthly membership. The fact that you felt the need to compare that to someone demanding unlimited fries at McDonald's tells me just how far you've missed the point. Here's a basic business principle you apparently haven't grasped: The lifetime value of a loyal customer is worth considerably more than the few pennies it costs to keep that customer happy. And the irony is that you could have resolved this entire situation with a little common sense and decent customer service. Instead, you've managed to turn a virtually worthless air freshener into a lost customer and a public demonstration of poor business judgment. You can hide behind your policies, defend your employee, and write all the lengthy explanations you want. None of that changes the fact that you chose to protect pennies at the expense of dollars. The air freshener wasn't expensive. Your inability to understand the value of a customer is. And perhaps that's the biggest difference between simply working at a business and actually understanding how to build and retain one.

DO NOT USE SOAPY JEFF's if you actually care about and need your vehicle. I've been a repeat customer of Soapy Jeff's thanks to my mom. She gifted me a gift card a few years ago and that kindness coupled with excellent service kept me coming back. After way too long, I finally made it back to the Plano location, and happily dropped off my new to me car for the Bumper to Bumper service. I was embarrassed by a year's worth of dirt and grime and wanted to start fresh with a good wash and internal detail work. There was an unexpected power outage shortly before I arrived. I patiently waited as they worked to get back up and running, an early sign that I should have walked away right then. Everything was eventually fixed and $300 later I'm rolling through the wash, happily watching all the ick disappear. Knowing the detail work takes more time, I asked a gentleman in the office if I could run some errands and come back later. Once confirmed, I was on my way. A few hours later I would return to the most expensive detail job I ever, and sadly the reason I will not be returning. Not only did they crack my internal console cover, there is now a gaping hole where something was forced through the hard plastic. After filing a report, I proceeded to drive away and my Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) light would not go off. I turned around and went back. I took more photos and updated the report. I dropped my car off without any issues and inherited a financial nightmare. I got home and had to go back over the rear license plate, rear window, radio and windshield. This morning there are water stains in my front passenger seat, the SRS light went off (a sign of too much liquid/water apparently) and that hole in my console? The part alone is almost $1,000 to replace, not including labor as I'm unsure I can replace it myself. This happened 24 hours ago and I've heard nothing from them. I cannot in good conscience refer anyone to Soapy Jeff's after this. If you're like me and need your car for work and school, I would not trust this place, and I don't say that lightly.
