I wound up getting the $15 wash and it was super easy. There was a guy standing there who helped me out to make the payment and that was it. I was expecting for him to try and sell me on a club membership, but he just let me do what I came there to do. I appreciate nice and easy and at an affordable price. I will come back as long as it stays like this.

I went today (2/8) because I had a free car wash I get through the wash just fine it was clean for the most part. I started to vacuum on my driver size and the part that comes into contact with the floor matts came off I tried to twist it back on came right back off. Then as I go to place it back into the holder the hose entirely comes off and hits me in the head. Why would I continue to come back to an establishment that doesn't keep up with their materials and making sure it's not breaking off and coming off the attachments? I will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Today I was in the area and said I'll wash my truck head home grab the new car, sign up and get it washed also. Got there and things were going smoothly. Got to the area that they dry the car and my truck was left with a lot of water and no tire shine. Went and spoke to the manager and he told me the person up front was new but it's no excuse. He told me to run it a second time and he will meet me up front to make sure they do the job correct. Got up to the front after running it a second time. He was not there. Person again half dried the car and did apply some tire shine. Cancelled my membership. I'm usually not as picky on my truck since it's almost 20 year old but the thought of bringing my new car that I use for visiting customers, paying the monthly on it and have to be worried about a half done job.

My mom took my vehicle to this car wash, and due to a new unexperienced employee (per assistant manager, Marshall Duke) the computer was not properly set up, which caused my mom's vehicle to be picked and shaken up by the machine for a good 2 minutes before they were able to stop it. The amount of force on the vehicle was such that the luggage rack bended in half (which now they are deeming a problem, claiming they have a sign releasing their business from any liability) even though my mom had visited this car wash before with no issues while the rack was on. The assistant manager onsite the day of the incident admitted that this was caused due to new employee error. Now this people are refusing to cooperate with anything, I have visited them several times asking for their insurance information to file a claim. Not only was the rack bent, but my mom's vehicle has scratches from the brushes rubbing against the vehicle for an extended period of time, and the force applied by the machine. The vehicle has also been shifting to the left, which is the side the car was picked up by the machine, the mechanic stated that this is definitely caused by the pulling of the car wash machine possibly damaging the axles on that side. I reached out to corporate since onsite manage Gerome refuses to provide us with general liability information to file a claim. Corporate states that they will NOT give me their insurance information even though my insurance company is asking for it. When I called their offices in Plano, the lady that answered said "They were doing us a favor by offering to pay for the rack" even though she agreed that if the rack was the issue, which it wasn't because mom has taken the vehicle there before without issues, and assistant manager verified that the incident occurred due to improper handling of the machine that day by the new employee. She also said "I also see you posted a very bad review on google (which I had not at the time) which we don't appreciate" So, apparently this people retaliate against customers claiming what's fair when their business fails to make themselves responsible for their mistakes. AVOID this place at all costs unless you are willing to risk going through a situation like this. I am thinking this people don't even have general liability insurance on their business being how shady they are acting....

I think the cheapest outside wash was like 8$ all the way to close to 20$. I asked if they dried the car afterwards and they do not- which usually I don't like- so I got the cheapest outside wash. However they do provide towels when you are vacuuming your car- so I really liked this better because even though I dried my car myself, I did it the way I wanted to and it looked nice and shiny at the end. The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash. Affordable, new, clean, quality machines, good service and its kind of near my home. Check it out!
