They were able to get me in full service location, full service, car wash and detail. I really appreciate that this company offers military discount and they're fast and efficient. Another plus about this location is that they have an awesome lobby with vending machines and coffee. All the staff were very friendly and that one person was sitting down because there was so much work to be done all hands on deck. The prices are reasonable and I love that they get you in and out. I came in on a Thursday afternoon and there were about eight vehicles, but they did not seem short of staffed or frustrated. Everyone was working and everyone was polite. Worse service ever I asked them not to touch the window buttons and radio buttons after they basically stripped the paint off the last time. I come back to get my car and they have completely stripped the paint off of multiple buttons I'm absolutely livid and then the manager had the nerve to start yelling at me while his employees are calling me a bitch and then the manager proceeds to tell me to never come back. The manager Gary was not there so he is just taking the word of his employees that were there of course they would lie to save skin. As well as of course I'm going to start crying and getting worked up when an over 6ft man to my 5'2 is yelling at me getting worked up as well. read more

Brought my minivan in that was full of crumbs, snacks, and random trash from my 4 kids 5 and under. The did an amazing and thorough job getting it cleaned up. The service was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Please be careful. There are salespeople at the Allen Car Spa that are signing customers up for monthly memberships without authorization. They do not require a signature. The GM for Allen location (Nedal) only credited me for the initial 3 months and required that i report Fraud to my credit card co. for the remaining 2 months. UNBELIEVABLE!! read more

After several hours on the highway, my car was looking like a cross between a bug zapper and a pigeon coop. Since I was on my way to a super nice engagement, I couldn't show up in a vehicle caked by nature's fury, so I opted for the nearest car wash which happened to be Car Spa here in Allen. The service was super nice at first. They were all smiles while they helped me buy one of the more premium packages (#1) to get my wash on. There were some young kids running the joint and they made sure to keep the line moving even when it looked like a pseudo traffic jam. I went for the Platinum Exterior, which I believe was just about $20. The end result was not ideal. My car still had a lot of obvious spots on it and it wasn't as thorough as I would have liked. The extra shine I paid for wasn't there either and I ended up having to scrub it off manually. I would have gone for another round, but the line was long and I was in a hurry. I was probably more disappointed that the helpers toward the very end that were supposed to wipe things down did a very lax job at best. I'd assume this place has done better in the past, so here's hoping they get back to their best in the future. Honestly, I don't like this place, but my boyfriend yes. One more time I pay for something that is not even worth. The fact that I pay for a mini deep cleaning doesn't mean that my car should still be dirty. I hope next time they can put more attention, specially the manager. My family has been coming here over the past few months and it has been a fantastic experience every single time. The staff are always so friendly and move very quickly yet efficiently. They always do such a great job on both the exterior and interior which leaves us 100% satisfied. They are usually more busy on Saturdays but still move pretty quick. There is also a place for you to sit inside that is pretty spacious and always clean. I would highly recommend going here for the price and quality of work that they do. read more

Buyer beware!!! Manager and Corporate will not speak to you when your car is damage. They will available you and not return your phone calls. Went to Car Spa yesterday around 5:30pm for a quick exterior wash. On our way home, my son notice the roof was leaking. When we arrived home I check the roof of my car and the Shark Fin Antenna was ripped off. We drove back to Car Spa around 5:55 to speak to the manager. I spoke to an older gentleman, whom I was told is the manager. After hearing my story, he walked off without a word. About 10 minutes later, he came back to tell me to write down my name and contact number and they will call me when the business close to let me know if they have my cover or not. I told him I want someone to paid for my damage since this is a new car. He then tells me he's not the manager, manager will be in tomorrow and gave me a business card. No apologies or any thing. I called the number on the business card and left a voicemail. Today, since I did not hear back from the manager I called again a few time without any results. I even called Corporate Office and left them a few message without anyone calling me. Btw, both number does not have live person on the other end. Went to Car Spa around 1:30, same guy does not really care and did not get his manager. He did not even tell me if his manager is in or not. Told me to reach out to Corporate, someone will return my phone call. I told him, I called corporate a few time and no one called me. He assure me that someone will get back to me today. I told him, if no one return my phone call then I will be back. He did not seem to care. Almost midnight, still have not hear back from manager or corporate office. Now I have to eat a few hundred dollars or thousand of damage due to this irresponsible business. I went for a car wash in 7/22/23. When I went to ask the manager a question about vacuuming inn my back seat I noticed the cars door plastic cover was off. I told the manager that this was not broken before the car wash. I stood there for about 10 minutes arguing with him and having him accuse me of lying. I told him I had broken the same part over a year ago and had it repaired at Honda in November 2022 and showed him the receipt. He googled the 2917 Hi da and said that this is a common issue and he was denying responsibility. I asked to make a claim and all he did was give me the corporate phone number. I made a report and informed the customer service representative if how unprofessional and accusatory her was. I was told I would hear back from someone e by Wednesday. I am a licensed claims adjuster. I don't lie. Being accused of lying is offensive. I will never go to this place again. read more

So we're taking a trip this weekend and I wanted to get the sun detailed so I took it here because I heard good things. I was the second person in line for detailing this am and I wanted the interior super cleaned got 3 packages for inside and just a mid grade wash outside. I paid $180 for 3 interior packages plus outside wash. I was disappointed when I saw they didn't do a very good job. I had to smell the carpets just to make sure they had done them because they were not wet at all and looked dirty still. I usually have a mobile company come do it but I didn't book ahead so that wasn't an option. I would go back for an outside wash only but not for a detail. The inside of the back window was dirty as well I know they never cleaned it. read more

If you read the descriptions for the Express Polish super cleans combined with the Express Seat treatment you would expect your vehicle returned much by wet than this. I can do better than this. I don't get my car washed as often as I should, but when I do, I go to car spa for the last few years. My last trip there had me looking for a new place. The service was quick I have to admit, but they are not as thorough as they used to be. I cleaned my car out before I went to car spa and left some coins on the dash. When I retrieved my car, the coins were gone. They left the pennies behind but took the quarters. Although the missing change doesn't bother me much, I wonder what else they could have taken... in addition, they left a towel on my door. What can I say... Just moved to the neighborhood and figured that I need to get my car washed, as it's been about two weeks. I typically get my car washed every week, but due to the move I just did not have time. Sooooo here it goes: I arrived at Car Spa, very hopeful and was excited to have a clean car again. It took quite some time for my car to get back, I purchased the platinum package, getting my car cleaned inside and out. I forgot my glasses at home, so I did not even notice that when I left the car was filthy. I came home (I live 5 miles away) and realized that the bugs in the grill still had their legs on them etc. So my glacier white car looked like crap. I drove right back and the lady asked if it just needs to be wiped down or re-washed? Silly question, given the fact that the car was as dirty as can be. So I drove through the wash again, pulled over right after that and it was still gross. Drove through the wash again and guess what? Still gross.... I don't even know what to say. I basically paid $40 (including tip) to drive home and hand wash my car. I had really considered purchasing a membership IF the car would have been clean but no thanks. Car Spa on Stacy is the biggest joke! What a rip off!! I paid for a Platinum Detail and they did not even wipe down most the exterior and any of the interior! I went back 3 times and they helped for like one minute and then had me do it all myself! Still I only have 1/2 of the interior windshield wiped. They didn't even apologize. Car Spa scratched my car. This is the first time I've done a touch, rather than a touch free, wash. Additionally, I only do car washes, not hand washes at home. I would not have been the one to scratch this car. When I raised the issue to the car wash's manager, he immediately tried to prove that his car wash could not have scratched the car. Once he connected me with Bruce, his boss, Bruce was similarly defensive and claimed the car wash could not have scratched the car. Bruce asked me to prove that the car wash scratched the car. It's impossible to prove this. His standard of proof seems to be that I needed a time stamped photo of the car immediately before entering the car wash, displaying the exact part of the car that was then scratched. Obviously nobody does this. I hate being *that* customer. But my car previously had a couple scratches, and now it has 1000s of tiny ones, and I have no recourse otherwise. Horrible horrible horrible service for 129$ full service value , while waiting i was wondering why customers who are picking up their vehicles and being specific and Pointing out areas to the cleaning team several times ! After getting my Turn ; i realized that they do not even use common sense and clean obviously looking areas . Water , dust and fluid every corner with not proper cleaning or wiping This is not only inside but also outside ; i have shared some pictures with this review . Also for full cleaning ; one person is allocated to take care of your vehicle which is more than 4 hours of waiting . This place spoils me so much. I come up to Allen weekly to train my dogs. This gives me a place to relax and reboot before driving home. The machines all work, especially the bar code reader. The restroom is clean as is the waiting area. Nice comfortable chairs I get to wait in a comfortable climate while they clean off the dirt I picked up driving in the country. read more
